Screen printing method and screen printing machine
A screen printing method of the present disclosure includes: a step of performing printing of a first viscous fluid through a screen on the first circuit board using a first squeegee and a first holding member; and a step of performing printing of a second viscous fluid through the screen on the second circuit board using a second squeegee and a second holding member. As described above, in the printing of the first viscous fluid on the first circuit board and the printing of the second viscous fluid on the second circuit board, squeegees and holding members different from each other are used, and thus, the first viscous fluid and the second viscous fluid do not mix with each other. As a result, it is possible to perform printing of different types of viscous fluids on the first circuit board and the second circuit board.
ELECTRONIC ENCAPSULATION THROUGH STENCIL PRINTING
Methods, devices, and systems are provided for the encapsulation of electronic devices. The encapsulation includes positioning an electronic device in a cavity of a mold, and screen or stencil printing an encapsulant, in a liquid form, around the flexible electronic device. The mold is of a sufficient thickness to allow the encapsulant to completely cover electronic components mounted on a first surface of the electronic device.
Screen printing device
A screen printing device includes a printing work part; a mask storage part including a plurality of accommodating sections each capable of accommodating a screen mask; a transfer device that transfers the screen mask between each of the accommodating sections and the printing work part; a pair of first guide members that is disposed in the printing work part, and guides the screen mask during the transfer, the pair of first guide members having a variable interval; a pair of second guide members that is disposed in the accommodating sections, and guides the screen mask during the transfer; and a guide width determination device that determines whether or not the interval between the pair of first guide members coincides with the interval between the pair of second guide members.
Screen printing apparatus, screen printing method, and electrode formation method of solar battery
A method for screen printing, including: by using a screen printing apparatus provided with a screen printing plate having an opening part corresponding to a printing pattern, a scraper, and a squeegee, filling a paste supplied on an upper surface of the screen printing plate into the opening part of the screen printing plate by the scraper; and, after that, pushing out the paste to a predetermined position of an object to be printed from the opening part of the screen printing plate by the squeegee to screen-print the paste corresponding to the printing pattern on the object to be printed, wherein the humidity in the screen printing apparatus is adjusted during the screen printing. As a result, by controlling an amount of moisture in the paste on the screen printing plate, a screen printing method is capable of improving the printing property of the paste.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PRINTING SOLDER PASTE AND OTHER VISCOUS MATERIALS AT HIGH RESOLUTION
Systems and methods in which dot-like portions of a material (e.g., a viscous material such as a solder paste) are printed or otherwise transferred onto an intermediate substrate at a first printing unit, the intermediate substrate having the dot-like portions of material printed thereon is transferred to a second printing unit, and the dot-like portions of material are transferred from the intermediate substrate to a final substrate at the second printing unit. Optionally, the first printing unit includes a coating system that creates a uniform layer of the material on a donor substrate, and the material is transferred in the individual dot-like portions from the donor substrate onto the intermediate substrate at the first printing unit. Each of the first and second printing units may employ a variety of printing or other transfer technologies. The system may also include material curing and imaging units to aid in the overall process.
STORAGE DEVICE AND PRINTING SYSTEM
A storage device is used in a printing device includes a storage section having a transfer stage for loading and unloading the exchange target object to and from the printing section, the storage section being configured to accommodate multiple placement sections, each for placing the exchange target object, and to store the exchange target object, a placement section moving section configured to move any one of the placement sections to the transfer stage, and a target object moving section disposed on the transfer stage, the target object moving section being configured to move between a retracted position allowing the placement section to pass and an abutting position abutting against the exchange target object on the placement section and to move the exchange target object in a loading/unloading direction while abutting against the exchange target object at the abutting position.
Producing method of base member provided with printed layer and base member provided with printed layer
A producing method of a base member provided with a printed layer, the method including: disposing a printing plate including a screen plate having an opening pattern and a frame body supporting the screen plate so that the printing plate is opposed to a printing target surface of the base member having at least one bent portion; disposing a squeegee so as to be opposed to a plate surface of the screen plate opposite to the base member; and forming the printed layer by extruding a printing material onto the printing target surface by the squeegee via the opening pattern of the screen plate in a state where the frame body is supported so as to be relatively movable with respect to the printing target surface in a normal direction of the printing target surface.
Workpiece transfer and printing
A printing apparatus for printing workpieces comprises a rotary table supporting first and second platens rotatable between a loading position located in-line between input and output lines. The transfer apparatus is operable to cyclically perform first and second movement operations, in which the rotary table rotates to move the first platen from a loading position to a printing position and vice versa. The platens may be rotatable relative to each other.
Sports ball
A sports ball having a cover with an outer substrate surface is provided. The cover includes a plurality of raised lenticular features each having a terminus and a plurality of land areas. The raised lenticular features are formed from dimensional ink and disposed upon and extend from the outer substrate surface, such that each terminus is spaced apart from the outer substrate surface by a height greater than about 0.05 millimeters. The cover, including raised lenticular features and the land areas, defines a plurality of directionally-based designs within the physical surface geometry thereof, such that a first design is visible when the sports ball is viewed from a first viewing angle, a second design is visible when the sports ball is viewed from a second viewing angle, and a third design is visible when the sports ball is viewed from a third viewing angle.
Cylinder, device and machine for aligning magnetic or magnetizable particles on a web-like or sheet-like substrate
A cylinder is usable, in particular, for aligning magnetic of magnetizable particles, which are contained in a coating medium that is applied to a first side of a web-like or a sheet-like substrate, which cylinder, in the region of its outer circumference, has a plurality of elements effecting a magnetic field, magnetic elements for short. The magnetic elements are arranged in or on a plurality of ring elements that are spaced axially apart from one another and that are positionable in the axial direction on a shaft, in or on which ring elements, in turn, a plurality of magnetic elements are respectively arranged one after the other in the circumferential direction. At least two adjacent ring elements, each have a covering element, forming a part of the cylindrical lateral surface of the cylinder and extending in the circumferential direction, at least over the circumferential region populated with magnetic elements. The covering elements of two ring elements adjacent to each other have, on their sides facing each other in the axial direction, a plurality of projections alternating in the circumferential direction with recesses and offset in a circumferential direction in such a way that, during a relative movement of the two ring elements towards each other, the projections on the covering element of one ring element engage, in the manner of teeth, in corresponding recesses of the other ring element, and, as seen in the circumferential direction, can overlap. A security paper printing machine, having such a cylinder, is also disclosed.
