Vacuum device with positive pressure tank

In a device that uses the tank from a conventional vacuum cleaner, the tank is under positive pressure. A cap fits over a tubular element inside the tank and closes the conventional air inlet. The cap has a peripheral wall that extends between a solid back and a front radial rim, and interior axial ribs. The lid is held by a latch that has an element that pivots with respect to the tank and the lid, and a clasp that has a bent arm. A tensioner pulls the bent arm. The tensioner has a threaded rod that extends from a handgrip though a hole in the pivoting element. A nut on the clasp receives a threaded end of the threaded rod, enabling the handgrip to be used to tighten the clasp. An outer wall of the latch is disposed outwardly of the threaded rod and the bent arm.

CLEANER

A cleaner includes: a suction motor that generates suction force; a dust separation unit that separates dust from air sucked by the suction force; a motor housing that covers the suction motor; a flow guide that surrounds an outer side of the motor housing and guides air discharged from the dust separation unit to the suction motor; and a body that forms an external appearance by surrounding the flow guide and guides air discharged from the suction motor together with the flow guide.

VACUUM CLEANER STATION, VACUUM CLEANER SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING VACUUM CLEANER STATION

The present disclosure relates to a cleaner system including: a cleaner; a cleaner station; and an imaginary plane including an imaginary suction flow path through line penetrating a suction flow path in a longitudinal direction and an imaginary suction motor axis defined by extending a rotation axis of a suction motor, in which when the cleaner is coupled to the cleaner station, the plane penetrates at least a part of the cleaner station, such that a center of gravity of the cleaner is disposed to pass through a space for maintaining balance of the station, and as a result, it is possible to stably support the cleaner and the station while preventing the cleaner and the station from falling down.

Suction unit

The suction unit comprises: a cover having an air inlet; a noise reduction part provided in the cover, arranged outside the air inlet and spaced therefrom; an impeller for flowing the air which has passed through the noise reduction part and then the air inlet; a motor having a rotating shaft connected to the impeller; a guide apparatus for guiding the flow of the air which has flown from the exit of the impeller; and a shaft coupling part coupled to the rotating shaft connected to the impeller.

Disclosed are a fan motor and a vacuum cleaner which include a blowing fan and a plurality of diffuser blades disposed at a radially outer side of the blowing fan and circumferentially spaced apart from each other. Outer end portions of the plurality of diffuser blades include a spoiler portion formed obliquely to an outward direction with respect to an extending direction of the diffuser blades, so that a flow separation of air flowing across an outer surface of the diffuser blade is reduced. Accordingly, the suction force of the fan motor increases.
