MODULAR BLAST GATE FOR A DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM AND SYSTEM INCORPORATING SAME
A modular blast gate for a dust collection system. The blast gate includes first and second regions. The first region has a first configuration and enables securement of a duct of the dust collection system to the first region via a first connector mechanism. The second region has a second configuration different from the first configuration and enables securement of the duct to the second region via a second connector mechanism different from the first connector mechanism. The blast gate is usable to connect differently configured ducts, hoses, or pipes to equipment that generates particulate material. The blast gate is mountable to the equipment or a support surface. Two of the modular blast gates may be joined to one another to enable two ducts to be connected together.
VACUUM HOSE HOLDING APPARATUS
A vacuum hose holding apparatus that is configured to be releasably secured to a container proximate an upper edge thereof wherein the present invention is operable to have a vacuum hose releasably secured thereto and maintain position thereof during discharge of debris into the container. The present invention includes a frame wherein the frame includes a central cradle member. The central cradle member is secured to the container with a first securing member and a second securing member. A first hose support section extends downward from the central cradle member and includes a hose retention member operably coupled thereto. A second hose support section is secured to the upper end of the central cradle member and extends outward therefrom. The second hose support section includes a hose engagement member that is arcuate in shape. The central cradle member further includes a hose retention member.
Separable hose system for steam and vacuum cleaning
The present invention relates to vacuum cleaners with steam functionality (steam and vacuum cleaners), preferably to canister steam and vacuum cleaners, comprising a suction hose and a steam hose for respectively suctioning dirt and conveying steam, wherein the steam hose is external to the suction hose and comprises, at each end, a detachable connector, preferably a rapid-fitting detachable connector, for optionally detaching the steam hose when using only the vacuum cleaning functionality.
Vacuum cleaner accessory
An accessory tool for a vacuum cleaner includes a conduit and a nozzle. The conduit includes a first end coupled to the vacuum cleaner and a second end opposite the first end. The nozzle is coupled to the second end and includes a first portion with a first set of teeth and a first channel with an opening opposite the first set of teeth. The nozzle also includes a second portion with a second set of teeth and a second channel with an opening opposite the second set of teeth. The first set of teeth interlock with the second set of teeth, and are configured to cause the first portion and the second portion to pivot together relative to the conduit between a closed position and an open position. The nozzle is movable along an outer surface of the conduit from the second end toward the first end.
Suction Hose Connecting Piece
A suction hose connecting piece for a suction hose for producing a flow connection from a machine tool to a vacuum cleaner, the connecting piece including a tubular body with a circumferential wall that delimits a flow channel, and a plug section which is arranged on the tubular body for the purpose of producing a plug connection with a mating connecting piece, it being possible to plug the connecting piece and mating connecting piece one onto the other along a longitudinal axis of the plug section, a longitudinal latch contour being arranged on the plug section, counteracting release of the mating connecting piece from the connecting piece relative to the longitudinal axis, and engaging with a longitudinal mating latch contour of the mating connecting piece when the mating connecting piece is plugged onto the connecting piece, along the longitudinal axis of the plug section.
VACUUM CLEANER
A vacuum cleaner includes a cleaner main body, a suction device, a suction motor, and a dust container. The dust container includes a dust collection body configured to contain dust, an opening/closing portion rotatably coupled to the dust collection body and configured to rotate to thereby open and close at least a portion of the dust collection body, and an operation portion connected to the dust collection body and configured to rotate in both a first direction and a second direction opposite the first direction. The opening/closing portion is configured to rotate based on the operation portion rotating in the first direction, and configured to rotate based on the operation portion rotating in the second direction.
VACUUM CLEANER PROVIDING HANDS-FREE CONNECTION AND DISCONNECTION OF A NOZZLE ASSEMBLY FROM A WAND ASSEMBLY
A vacuum cleaner is provided. The vacuum cleaner includes a housing. A cavity is provided in the housing. A nozzle assembly is received in that cavity. A cover conceals the nozzle assembly in the cavity when the cover is in a closed position and allows access to the nozzle assembly when in an opened position. A nozzle support holds the nozzle assembly in the cavity. The nozzle support is displaceable between a nozzle storage position when the cover is in the closed position and a nozzle presentation position when the cover is in an opened position.
NOZZLE ASSEMBLY FOR VACUUM CLEANER INCLUDING WAND RELEASE LEVER
A nozzle assembly is provided for a vacuum cleaner. That nozzle assembly includes a housing having a suction opening. A suction conduit is carried on the housing. The suction conduit includes an inlet and an outlet. The nozzle assembly also includes a release lever carried on the suction conduit. The release lever includes a wand lock displaceable between a wand locking position and a wand releasing position.
CLEANER
A cleaner that includes: a main body; a suction assembly; and a coupling hose, wherein the main body includes: an air suctioning device, a case, a driving motor that is coupled to a first surface of the case and that is configured to generate driving force, a traveling wheel that is coupled to the first surface of the case and that is configured to rotate based on driving force generated by the driving motor, a motor cover that is configured to cover the driving motor such that the driving motor is located in a space between the first surface of the case and the motor cover, a rotating shaft that is coupled to the driving motor and that is configured to transfer driving force generated by the driving motor to the traveling wheel, and a coupling unit that couples the rotating shaft to the traveling wheel is disclosed.
Surface cleaning apparatus
A surface cleaning apparatus is provided wherein at least one of an upstream air plenum that is positioned upstream of the pre-motor filter, and a downstream air plenum that is positioned downstream of the pre-motor filter comprises an end wall spaced from the pre-motor filter and comprises a first portion having an air flow port and a second portion proximate the outer perimeter of the pre-motor filter, wherein the first portion and the second portion meet at a first juncture that extends at an angle to the first portion and the second portion.
