A sheet processing apparatus includes a stacking unit configured to stack a plurality of sheets, an alignment unit including a supporting portion on which the sheets are loaded, the alignment unit being configured to align positions of the sheets loaded on the supporting portion, and a bonding unit configured to bond the sheets loaded on the supporting portion to each other. The alignment unit is configured to align a position of the second sheet stack with the first sheet stack. The bonding unit is configured to heat and pressurize the second sheet stack aligned by the alignment unit such that sheets of the second sheet stack are bonded to each other with the adhesive and the first sheet stack and the second sheet stack are bonded to each other with the adhesive.

A sheet processing apparatus includes a stacking unit configured to stack a plurality of sheets, an alignment unit including a supporting portion on which the sheets are loaded, the alignment unit being configured to align positions of the sheets loaded on the supporting portion, and a bonding unit configured to bond the sheets loaded on the supporting portion to each other. The alignment unit is configured to align a position of the second sheet stack with the first sheet stack. The bonding unit is configured to heat and pressurize the second sheet stack aligned by the alignment unit such that sheets of the second sheet stack are bonded to each other with the adhesive and the first sheet stack and the second sheet stack are bonded to each other with the adhesive.
Stapler apparatus
A stapler apparatus may be provided. More specifically, a stapler apparatus capable of automatically stapling a bundle of sheets output from an image forming apparatus such as a copy machine, a printer, a facsimile or the like may be provided. The stapler includes: a guide plate in which a slot having a branch structure has been formed; a moving frame which is reciprocatively movable on the guide plate; a rotation frame which is rotatable on the moving frame and includes a plurality of levers mounted thereon, the plurality of levers moving along the inside and outside of the slot or change paths; a path change member which changes a movement path of any one of the plurality of levers; and a stapler which is mounted on the rotation frame and is in conjunction with the rotation frame.

A stapler apparatus may be provided. More specifically, a stapler apparatus capable of automatically stapling a bundle of sheets output from an image forming apparatus such as a copy machine, a printer, a facsimile or the like may be provided. A sheet processing apparatus for processing a sheet includes a setting portion to which a sheet bundle is set from an outside of the apparatus, a conveying route in which a sheet is conveyed, a stack portion on which sheets conveyed from the conveying route are stacked, the stack portion being arranged at a different position of the setting portion, a binding unit which binds a sheet bundle set in the setting portion and a sheet bundle stacked in the stack portion, and a punching portion which forms a punch hole on a sheet, which is conveyed in the conveying route. The setting portion is arranged as being overlapped to the punching portion in a direction of intersecting with a conveying direction of a sheet conveyed in the conveying route.
Binding component
A binding component includes ring back portions, first ring arm portions, second ring arm portions and a back part to which the ring back portions are connected. Each ring back portion, each first ring arm portion and each second ring arm portion forms an annular ring part. Each ring part includes fitting portions at places where the ring back portion and the first and second ring arm portions are connected. The fitting portions are configured to be fitted by an operation of opening and closing the first and second ring arm portions with hinge portions of the ring back portion. Each fitting portion includes at least one first fitting convex portion, at least one first fitting concave portion to engage with the first fitting convex portion, at least one second fitting convex portion and a second fitting concave portion to engage with the second fitting convex portion.
Stapling apparatus and image forming apparatus including the same
A stapling apparatus capable of performing stapling on various positions by varying a moving path of a stapler is provided. The stapling apparatus includes a stapler, a driver configured to be coupled to the stapler and move the stapler, and a guide part configured to selectively switch a moving path of the stapler.
POST-PROCESSING APPARATUS
A post-processing apparatus includes a storing unit in which plural recording media are stored for performing post-processing and a transport member that transports a recording medium to the storing unit as a result of rotating while being in contact with a surface of the recording medium. The transport member includes a blade that comes into contact with a recording medium and a reinforcing portion that reinforces a strength of a portion of the blade that does not come into contact with the recording medium.

The transport member includes a blade that comes into contact with a recording medium and a reinforcing portion that reinforces a strength of a portion of the blade that does not come into contact with the recording medium.
