RUBBER THIMBLE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
20230404187 · 2023-12-21 · ·

A rubber thimble has a novel structure and prevents a user from feeling pressure from a reinforced ring formed on the upper peripheral part. The rubber thimble has a reinforced ring on the upper part of a thimble body to enable easy retrieval of the rubber thimble from a mold during the manufacture of the rubber thimble, as well as prevent the upper end of the thimble body, which is very thinly manufactured, from tearing easily, and enable the user to accomplish a basic function of wearing the rubber thimble on a finger or taking the rubber thimble off the finger by holding the reinforced ring. A plurality of weak parts formed on the reinforced ring reduces the elasticity and strength of the reinforced ring, thereby preventing the reinforced ring from applying a strong pressure to the user's finger and causing numbness or pain to the user's finger.

BENDING SYSTEM, ENGRAVE SYSTEM AND VALUE DOCUMENT MANUFACTURING DEVICE

A bending system for separating a page from a cover of a value document, wherein the page is connected to a spine of the cover, the spine separating the cover in first and second cover potions, wherein an angle is formed between the first and second cover portions. The bending system includes a bending unit connected to a motor, wherein the motor is configured to operate the bending unit such that the bending unit bends the value document to a first state, where is larger than 180, and then back to a second state, where is at least 180 but less than in the first state, to separate the page from the cover. Also disclosed is an engrave system for engraving a front side and backside of a page of the value document and a document manufacturing device including the bending system and engrave system.

Page turning device

A page turning device is mountable on an end of a writing implement or similarly other shape element for enabling a user to more easily turn paper sheets. The page turning device is formed of a deformable elastic material. The elastic material is formed so as to basically provide a sheath-like female receptacle for receiving an implement end and further includes an outer sheet-engaging surface. The outer sheet-engaging surface provides gripping action at a paper sheet surface for enabling the user to turn paper sheets. The female receptacle is characterized by including an end-receiving mouth, a receptacle bottom, and a series of inwardly and radially extending rib formations. Each rib formation has an innermost edge, each of which are elastically deformable when receiving the implement end. Each rib formation directs restorative forces toward the implement end for holding the page turning device upon the implement end.

APPARATUS FOR TURNING PAGES OF A BOOK AND ACCOMMODATION METHOD FOR SAME

When a page turner is to be accommodated, a holding table is folded, and an air blowing section is rotated and moved toward a side surface of an accommodation case where a page-turning mechanism can be accommodated, whereby the upper surface of the accommodation case and the air blowing port of the air blowing section are substantially flush with each other. Also, an expansion unit is removed from the holding table, and a casing is closed to cover a page-turning main body section constituted by the accommodation case and the air blowing section and the holding table. As a result, the entire page turner is accommodated in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape whose vertical and horizontal size is equal to a vertical and horizontal size of a predetermined book. Finally, the page turner is inserted between a pair of side plates constituting leg sections in an image pickup apparatus stand.
