A mechanical device comprising, a gear rack having a first point and a second point; at least one piston attached either to said first point or said second point; said piston having an exterior surface and an interior surface; wherein said exterior surface is facing away from said gear rack and wherein said gear rack is attached to said interior surface; said gear rack being gyratingly coupled with an actuator shaft; wherein said gear rack is capable of moving in a substantially linear direction due to a force being applied to said exterior surface or said interior surface; and wherein said actuator shaft rotating due to the said motion of said gear rack; in another embodiment, at least one piston having an interior surface and an exterior surface; said inner side pivotingly mated with a connecting rod; said connecting rod having an opposing point B which is rotationally fastened to a counterbalance; said counterbalance rotating about an actuating shaft; a cylinder chamber having with a top breach housing said at least one piston; a pull shaft pivotingly connected to said exterior surface with pivoting joint and to a gear rack with a second pivoting joint; said pull shaft reciprocly advancing within said top breach; said reciprocation causing said gear rack to similarly reciprocate causing rotation of an input shaft; wherein said input shaft is mated with said gear rack through a one way gear box; and an accelerating spark plug, disposed in the body of said cylinder chamber for igniting combustible materials introduced into said cylinder chamber.

The invention relates to a cleaning device, in particular a floor-cleaning device, comprising a cleaning unit which is at least partly covered by an endless cleaning element that can be rotated continuously in relation to a surface to be cleaned during the action upon a surface to be cleaned. A nozzle for a cleaner may comprise a nozzle housing and a rotation cleaning unit rotatably disposed under the nozzle housing. The rotation cleaning unit may comprise a mop configured to clean a floor and a rotation plate coupled to the mop. The nozzle may comprise a driving device disposed in the nozzle housing and comprising a motor configured to drive the rotation cleaning unit, and a water tank mounted on the nozzle housing and configured to store water. The mop may comprise a floor cleaning portion, an attaching portion disposed above the floor cleaning portion to be coupled to the rotation plate, and an upper absorbing portion disposed above the floor cleaning portion and at least partially overlapping the attaching portion. The upper absorbing portion may be sewn to the attaching portion and may be configured to absorb water from the water tank.

A bare floor cleaner with an upright assembly pivotally mounted to a base assembly, a steam generator, a fluid distributor which distributes steam onto the surface to be cleaned, and a brush assembly provided on the base assembly. A steam distribution manifold is provided within an interior of the brush assembly and fluidly coupled with the steam generator to distribute steam through the brush assembly.

A bare floor cleaner with an upright assembly pivotally mounted to a base assembly, a steam generator, a fluid distributor which distributes steam onto the surface to be cleaned, and a brush assembly provided on the base assembly. A steam distribution manifold is provided within an interior of the brush assembly and fluidly coupled with the steam generator to distribute steam through the brush assembly.

A surface cleaning apparatus, such as a steam mop, includes a steam delivery system having a steam delivery pathway. A fragrance dispenser for receiving a fragrant material is provided on the apparatus, and a portion of the steam delivery pathway is in heat exchange relationship with the fragrance dispenser to heat the fragrant material in the fragrance dispenser by heat transfer from the steam in the pathway. Fragrance is dispensed from apparatus via heat transfer utilizing the steam pathway as a thermal radiation source.

A surface cleaning apparatus, such as a steam mop, includes a steam delivery system having a steam delivery pathway. A fragrance dispenser for receiving a fragrant material is provided on the apparatus, and a portion of the steam delivery pathway is in heat exchange relationship with the fragrance dispenser to heat the fragrant material in the fragrance dispenser by heat transfer from the steam in the pathway. Fragrance is dispensed from apparatus via heat transfer utilizing the steam pathway as a thermal radiation source.
