Apparatus for setting concave clearance and pinch point in a combine harvester
10575468 · 2020-03-03 · ·

A concave adjustment device for an agricultural harvester includes a rotor having a longitudinal axis, a concave encircling at least a portion of the rotor, and a linkage connected to the concave for moving the concave with respect to the rotor. The linkage includes a first link, a second link and the concave. The first link has a first portion connected to a device for moving the linkage and a second portion connected to one side of the concave. The second link has a first portion pivotably connected to an opposing side of the concave and a second portion pivotably connected to a fixed point on the harvester. The device for moving the linkage is configured to translate the first link, which causes rotation of the second link and movement of the concave with respect to the rotor.

Tubular for processing crops

A tubular for processing crops can include a body having an outer surface and protrusions extending outwardly from the outer surface. The protrusions can be arranged in bands that are spaced apart along the outer surface to define gaps therebetween that form grooves extending around a circumference of the body. Each band of protrusions can be positioned offset with respect to at least one adjacent band of protrusions such that the protrusions form a spiraling configuration around a longitudinal axis of the body.

Greenhouse harvester of cannabis
20200008353 · 2020-01-09 ·

A harvester for bedded plants having a driving mechanism having two sets of wheels or tracks positioned on opposing sides of a plant bed. An adjustable U shaped frame allows the legs connected to the wheels/tracks to be elongated or shortened with the cross member also being elongated to meet the demands of the particular plant bed. Secured to the cross member is a harvest mechanism which grips and cuts the plants stock, removes the flowers and or leaves, and then deposits the harvested material into a receiving bin.

APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATICALLY SEPARATING FINE-SIZED SEEDS
20240074355 · 2024-03-07 ·

The present disclosure relates to an apparatus for automatically separating fine-sized seeds including a hopper where a plant object for seed separation is introduced, a crushing separator disposed below the hopper, to crush the plant object being introduced from the hopper and physically separate the seeds from the plant object, a cyclone part that the seeds and non-seed plant objects, which are crushed and separated in the crushing separator, are introduced, and by cyclone flow, the heavy seeds sink whereas the light-weighted non-seed plant objects float inside, thereby separating the seeds from the rest of plant debris, and a strainer filter part that is mounted to a lower end of the cyclone part and passes the seeds through a strainer filter, thereby spatially separating the seeds from the rest of plant debris.
