The front cover is configured to fold back about the spine to retain the third cover proximal the second edge of the third cover to retain the book in a propped-up position for reading. A page holder slides along the left and right sides of the third cover and has an opening that allows a page to be pushed therethrough.

A folded crease can be used to suppress an existing second hinge for operation in the traditional mode. The state is maintained by adhesive or tape. A line of weakness can also be used for the bending guideline to establish the second hinge and the spine to achieve the enhanced mode. The receptacle has two hinges and a spine, and the receptacle spine is inserted into the greeting card spine achieve alignment of the hinges.
