The ink reservoir includes a tubular casing member having liquid blocking properties and an ink occlusion material disposed inside the casing member. The casing member has a first opening end and a second opening end. The ink occlusion material includes multiple fibers disposed in the casing member and the multiple fibers respectively having one ends and other ends each disposed at a position corresponding to the first opening end or the second opening end of the casing member.
Application container
An application container (1) includes a container main body (2); an inner plug member (20); and an impregnation material (30). The inner plug member (20) includes an impregnation material accommodating portion (21), and a valve body accommodating portion (22) which includes a valve seat (22a) on an impregnation material accommodating portion (21) side and a valve body support portion (22b) on a container main body (2) side and in which a valve body (22c) is disposed so as to be movable between the valve seat (22a) and the valve body support portion (22b). A communication groove (50) which forms a gap between the valve body (22c) and the valve body accommodating portion (22) in a state where the valve body (22c) is supported by the valve body support portion (22b) is formed.
Ink-based marking device having a multi-component nib structure
Embodiments of the invention are directed to a multi-component nib structure and marking device for selectively generating primary marks and a secondary marks for lettering and shading. The marking device includes a multi-component nib structure, an ink source. The multi-component nib structure generally includes a first nib component, a second nib component, and optionally, a transfer component between the first nib component and the second nib component. In other aspects, the multi-component nib structure may allow lettering with different tones creating, for example, an ombre effect.
Non-Smear Nib and Associated Writing Instruments
Writing instruments with flexible nibs for reduced writing force in use are provided. A nib includes a nib body having a flexible upper writing portion and a lower portion in communication with the flexible upper writing portion, the lower portion of the nib body being configured to deliver ink to the flexible upper writing portion and the flexible upper writing portion being configured to deliver ink to a writing surface, wherein the flexible upper writing portion of the nib body has a flattened chisel-shaped tip at a superior end of the flexible upper writing portion, and wherein the nib is effective to deliver ink to the writing surface upon application of a force of less than about 0.1 lbs thereto.
Writing instrument
To provide a writing instrument capable of further improving durability of a writing nib without impairing writing performance even when writing is performed with a heavy writing load. A writing instrument A having a writing part formed of at least a writing nib 30 made of a porous body and a retainer 40 made of a hard material, in which the protrusion amount of the distal end of the writing nib 30 from the retainer 40 is 0.65 mm or more and 1.05 mm or less and/or 40% or more and 65% or less of the thickness of the writing nib 30.
PEN TIP AND WRITING TOOL EQUIPPED WITH THE PEN TIP
To provide a pen tip that can enhance its color brilliance and color distinctiveness as well as providing a writing tool having the pen tip. A pen tip A of the present invention is a pen tip equipped with a pen core 20 containing a concealing material, and is characterized in that the pen core has the lightness (L* value) of 80 or higher in the L*a*b* (CIELAB) color system. The writing tool, for example, includes a retention body 10 having a visible part allowing visual recognition of the writing direction and the pen tip A having the above configuration and attached with the retention body 10.
Liquid dispenser with discharge sponge
A discharge head for a liquid dispenser for discharging cosmetic products which has a base to be secured to a liquid storage. The base has a coupling device in the form of a thread or a latching coupling device, for coupling to the liquid storage. The discharge head has a sponge carrier with a sponge receptacle in which a sponge is arranged. The sponge carrier is movable in a translationally guided manner with respect to the base and has a hollow connector inside which a liquid channel is provided that connects the liquid storage to the sponge receptacle. This liquid channel is provided with an outlet valve, which is opened by moving the sponge carrier in the direction of the base, such that liquid can flow freely out of the liquid storage into the sponge receptacle.
WRITING IMPLEMENT
Provided is a writing implement having a pen tip that can achieve excellent ink outflow performance and an increase in the effective area of a viewer portion allowing recognition of the writing direction, relative to the whole pen tip. The writing implement is a writing implement A which includes a pen tip 20 feeding ink from a writing implement body 10 and having a viewer portion through which the writing direction can be recognized, and is characterized in that the pen tip 20 is configured of, a least, a writing part 30 and a holding body 40 having a viewer portion 43, and the holding portion 40 has a sheet-shaped ink feeder 25 formed with slits or bumps on the surface and inside thereof to produce a capillary action.
Writing instruments and associated methods
Embodiments of the disclosure can include writing instruments, nibs for writing instruments, and methods of making the same. In one embodiment, the writing instrument includes a reservoir; an ink solution comprising a pigment, the ink solution being housed within the reservoir; a nib disposed at an end of the reservoir and plugging an opening of the reservoir such that the reservoir is closed, wherein a tip of the nib extends outside of the reservoir; and a filament extending within the reservoir, the filament being in fluid communication with a portion of the nib within the reservoir, such that the ink solution travels along the filament and through the nib, by capillary action, wherein the nib and filament are formed such that no more than 50 percent of the pigment present in the nib and filament flow into the reservoir outside of the nib and filament when the writing instrument is stored with the nib up for a period of one day.
NIB FOR WRITING FELT PEN
