A double-head marker pen includes a first penholder, a second penholder and a connecting tube; one end of the first penholder is formed with a first pen head, and one end of the second penholder is formed with a second pen head; and an end of the first penholder away from the first pen head is detachably connected with an end of the second penholder away from the second pen head by the connecting tube.

A novel method for making decorative structures, specifically for use as writing instruments composed of a novel material composition that scatters and reflects light to exhibit a particular visual effect, i.e. a glitter effect. The composition is made of one or a combination of a number of different resins combined with a mica dust and/or a diamond dust. The resin is an organic compound and in composed partially or entirely from epoxide, polyester and/or polyurethane. Other additives can be added to the resin to enhance the visual effect including ground glass and dyes or pigments.

A writing instrument and a pen tip part include: a pen tip which includes a writing portion and has a directional specification for writing of the writing portion; a cylindrical inner cylinder which fixes the pen tip; a cylindrical outer cylinder into which the inner cylinder can be inserted and which includes a finger guide portion on an outer peripheral surface; and a fixture which fixes the outer cylinder to the inner cylinder.

Disclosed is a pen for writing, referred to as a palm pen herein because the body of the pen fits into the palm of a human hand. The palm pen can include a spherically shaped body, and an ink delivery system. The ink delivery system can include a tip having an end connected to the body and an opposite end comprising a nib, an ink conduit having an end coupled to the nib within the tip and an opposite end extending inside the body, and a first ink cartridge fluidly coupled with the opposite end of the ink conduit and contained within the body. The ink delivery system can additionally include a cartridge holder having an active cartridge slot for the first ink cartridge and cartridge storage slots for storage of additional ink cartridges.

Disclosed herein embodiments for a writing instrument operable to spin around its lateral axis while held on opposite sites. An embodiment includes a barrel, a first bearing coupled to an interior side of the barrel and a second bearing coupled to an interior opposite side of the barrel. A first stub protrudes from a side of the barrel, the stub being in contact with the bearing so as to allow the stub to spin around a lateral axis of the barrel, the lateral axis comprising an axis perpendicular to a length of the barrel. A second stub protrudes from an opposite side of the barrel, the second stub being in contact with the second bearing so as to allow the second stub to spin around the lateral axis of the barrel.

A refill friendly pen body that is configured to adapt to a refill cartridge of various dimensional parameters. An adjustment cylinder is adjustably carried within a barrel to adapt the pen body to a length of the refill cartridge. A grip end of the pen body is configured with an internal collet to compressively engage with a forward end of the cartridge across to retain the forward end of the cartridge in a writing position. The pen body may also be provided with a cap to selectively cover and uncover the writing tip.

Example clippable multi-tone whistles, as well as systems and methods for manufacturing the same are described. An example clippable multi-tone whistle may comprise: a clip attached to a whistle body. The whistle body comprises a flat surface under the clip; a first opening configured to allow air flow to come into the whistle body; and on the flat surface a second opening configured to allow air flow to come out of the whistle body. The second opening is at least partially blocked by the clip, which controls direction of one or more air flows coming out of the second opening. The whistle part is configured to generate a plurality of different sound tones in accordance with user finger movements around the clip and the second opening. The whistle may further comprise a glass breaker, a length scale, and a bolt action switch, which may function as a fire starter.

A pen includes: a shank; an ink tube inside the shank; a first tip member connected to a distal end of the shank; a second tip member connected to a distal end of the first tip member; and a bent tubular member including a proximal end section, a middle section, and a distal end section. An axis of the middle section is arranged at a first angle relative to a central axis of the shank. The axis of the middle section is arranged at a second angle relative to an axis of the distal end section, the second angle being in a range of 45 to 90. The axis of the distal end section is arranged at a third angle relative to the central axis of the shank.

A writing instrument includes a barrel and a cap capable of being assembled with and secured to the barrel. The barrel carries a writing instrument. The cap carries a clip. A free end of the clip includes a detent that can be received by a corresponding indentation of an exterior surface of an external portion of the barrel when the cap is assembled with the barrel. The detent of the clip and the indentation of the barrel are capable of securing the cap and the barrel in their assembled relationship. The writing instrument may be compact. Methods of using a writing instrument include securing a cap of the writing instrument to a barrel of the writing instrument by causing a detent of a free end of a clip of the cap to engage a corresponding indentation of an exterior portion of the barrel.
