APPARATUS FOR SECURING A WRITING IMPLEMENT
An apparatus for securing a writing implement to a complementary magnetic surface. The apparatus includes a body formed of a ferromagnetic material, the body extending between a first end and a second end of the housing. A first and second end of the body defines an opening that forms a channel extending between a plurality of lateral interior surfaces from the first end to the second end. In an embodiment, a protrusion is disposed within the housing and extends from one lateral interior surface toward the channel. In an embodiment, a stopper may be disposed proximate to the second end of the body and partially extend from a lateral interior surface toward the opening. In an embodiment, the housing receives the writing implement, and a protrusion contacts the writing implement securing it in place.
Stationery securing apparatus and instrument holder
An elastic band, at least a portion of which is elastic and including a woven slit made in the elastic band to hold an object. The band can also have two woven slits which form an elastic loop which can be used to hold an object, such as a writing implement or other tool.
HOLDING DEVICE FOR ARTICLES AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING A HOLDING DEVICE ASSEMBLY
The present disclosure relates to an improved holding device for receiving and holding a variety of articles upright or vertically. The present holding device includes a flexible chamber configured for receiving articles of various shapes and sizes and securing the articles in the upright position. The stabilizing base can be any shape or design, and accommodates various decorations, logos and brands for display. The present disclosure further relates to an improved holding device assembly.
Weight loss journal and method of use
A journal book including wet erase pages releasably bound between a front cover and a back cover. The back cover includes an extension extending past the pages and beyond a corresponding front edge of the front cover. A pen catch is formed in the extension to hold a wet erase pen to the journal, adjacent to the pages opposite a binding. The pen is clipped on the pen catch with a portion of the extension between a pen clip and a pen body.
Mountable and Self-Supporting Tray and Method of Using Same
A mountable tray. The mountable tray may include a main plate having a top surface, a bottom surface, a top edge, a bottom edge spaced apart from and parallel with the top edge, a first side edge, and a second side edge spaced apart from and parallel with the first side edge; an upper edge plate extending downward from at least a portion of the top edge of the main plate bottom surface, wherein the upper edge plate may include a cutout portion formed therein; a support member formed on the bottom surface of the main plate and proximate to the upper edge plate, wherein the support member may be substantially parallel with and spaced a distance apart from the upper edge plate; and a securing mechanism disposed at an upper portion of the top surface of the main plate.
SYSTEM FOR COUPLING MAGNETS TO ARTICLES
A modular assembly that is configured to be magnetically coupled to another object, such as a white board or glass board, is provided. The magnetic strength of the modular assembly can be adjusted. The modular assembly includes an article, such as a tray or other type of holder for receiving materials like markers and papers, and a module that houses magnets. The article can include a magnet housing portion with a magnet housing retention feature. The module can include a magnet housing with one or more magnets held therein. The magnet housing can include an article coupling feature. The module can slide into the magnet housing portion of the article and be secured in place by the engagement of the magnet housing retention feature and the article coupling feature.
Bungee cap tether
A tethering device for a utilization device (pen, marker, glue stick, etc.) having a cap. The tethering device maintains a connection between the utilization device and the cap during use of the utilization device. The tethering device comprises first and second adhering elements which conform to and adhere to an outer surface of at least one of the utilization device and the cap and an elongated flexible band having two ends positioned and connected to the first and second adhering elements respectively to flexibly connect the first and second adhering elements. The band has an effective length between the respective first and second adhering elements which is sufficient to permit the removable and replaceable cap to be removed from the utilization device and replaced thereon when the first and second adhering elements are adhered to the respective surfaces of the utilization device and the cap.
FILER WITH INSERTABLE COVER
A filer is disclosed which has front panel and rear panel defining a storage compartment therebetween, the storage compartment having a width. The filer includes a cover coupled to the rear panel and releasably attachable to the front panel to generally cover or seal the storage compartment. A distal portion of the cover has a width that is about equal to or smaller than the width of the storage compartment to allow the distal portion of the front cover to be received in the storage compartment.
