Batch-type warewasher with energy retaining curtain
A batch-type warewash machine includes a chamber for receiving wares to be cleaned, the chamber having a chamber access opening and a single spray zone, with at least one spray system for spraying liquid onto wares in the single spray zone. A door is movable between a closed position covering the chamber access opening and an open position away from the chamber access opening to allow wares to be moved in and out of the chamber. A curtain structure is mounted on the machine, the curtain structure located behind the door when the door is in the closed position. The curtain structure remains in position and at least partially covers the chamber access opening when the door is in the open position so as to retain hot moist air within the chamber when the door is moved to the open position upon completion of a ware cleaning cycle.

The dishwasher has a treatment zone, an introduction region and a removal region, wherein the introduction region is accessible from the second region of the counter system and the removal region is accessible from the first region of the counter system.

A conveyor warewasher has at least one washing zone, at least one rinsing zone and a conveyor apparatus. A control device is configured in order to, during a learning or observation phase over at least one observation period or over a plurality of observation periods each relating to a washing shift or a washing day of the conveyor warewasher or a portion thereof, determine a chronological profile of the loading of the conveyor apparatus with washware to be conveyed, wherein the control device is configured in order to deduce a pattern or a regularity based on the determined chronological profile of the loading of the conveyor apparatus with washware.

A cup washer includes a tub providing a space in which a cup is accommodated, and a sprayer disposed on the tub and configured to spray water toward the cup. The sprayer includes a first spray nozzle and a second spray nozzle coupled to the first spray nozzle. The second spray nozzle is disposed on a central portion of the first spray nozzle. The first spray nozzle extends away from an outer circumference of the second spray nozzle. The first spray nozzle is rotatable around the second spray nozzle.
