WRITING INSTRUMENT
A writing instrument includes a shaft barrel and a grip provided at part of the shaft barrel. The grip has a cylindrically shaped inside shaft part and a cylindrically shaped outside shaft part arranged at the outside of the inside shaft part, thinner than the inside shaft part, and made of a nonviscoelastic plastic. A space part is provided between the inside shaft part and the outside shaft part.
Writing Utensil with Active Nerve Stimulation
A writing utensil for providing active nerve stimulation to the fingertips of a user. The writing utensil has a body portion, a tip portion with a marking tip, and an active stimulator with active stimulation surfaces retained adjacent to the distal end of the body portion to be engaged by the fingertips of the user. The active stimulator has an active state where active stimulation is provided to the fingertips of the user and an inactive state where active stimulation is not provided. The active stimulator can comprise mechanical movement mechanisms where nodules, such as rotatable cam nodules with eccentric portions, periodically extend in relation to the active stimulation surfaces. Additionally or alternatively, the active stimulator can comprise electrical pulse mechanisms for imparting electrical impulses to fingers disposed in contact therewith. Active nerve stimulation can be provided simultaneously, in series, or in some other pattern.

Ergonomic and versatile writing instrument
A writing instrument has a front body with an ergonomic grasping segment asymmetrical relative to a first longitudinal plane, and a rear body asymmetrical relative to a second longitudinal plane. The rear body is capable of rotating relative to the front body about a longitudinal axis corresponding to a line of intersection between the first longitudinal plane and the second longitudinal plane, between a position adapted to gripping with a right hand and a position adapted to gripping with a left hand. The present invention also relates to a method of using this writing instrument.

Writing instrument or applicator having resin molded parts
Provided is a writing instrument or an applicator using resin parts formed, by way of two-color molding, to have an optimal guiding clearance between slide members. A plurality of resin molded parts is included. At least one of the plurality of resin molded parts is formed as a primary molding, and at least another one of the resin molded parts is formed as a secondary molding, by way of two-color molding, using a portion of a surface of the primary molding. The primary molding and the secondary molding are separated to be used as independent members. In this case, the primary molding and the secondary molding are preferably configured to slide against each other by each separating portion.
