TACTICAL PEN WEAPON
A highly concealable handheld tactical pen weapon having the appearance and aesthetics of a pen-like instrument but which contains a hinging element which allows a rear ring-like element to rotate up to almost one hundred eighty degrees to the main body of the pen. The articulating ring provides a finger hold which allows the weapon to be used more effectively in a thrusting movement.
Capacitive touch screen compatible stylus adaptor for writing instruments
An adaptor allows a user to turn any pencil or pen into a capacitive stylus while still allowing it to write on paper. When attached to a pencil, pen or similarly shaped and purposed tool, it gives the tool the added capability of operating electronic devices having a capacitive touch screen. It does this while constantly maintaining the writing instrument's intrinsic capability of marking paper. The main component of the invention comprises a fastener which allows electricity to pass along it while simultaneously allowing the writing utensil tip to be permanently exposed. It can transfer electricity from the user's hand to the touch screen without interfering with the original function or ergonomic shape of the writing instrument. A seamless workflow between surfaces is created since the same end of the writing instrument is used and no other action is required to reveal or conceal its tip.
Pen structure with glass smasher
A pen structure with a glass smasher has the glass smasher mounted at the front end of a pen. When a user holds the pen and presses the front end (i.e., the smashing cone) of the smashing rod of the glass smasher forcibly against a glass obstacle, an impact block will strike the rear section of the smashing rod vigorously such that the smashing cone is instantly driven to smash the glass obstacle. A ballpoint/rollerball refill is detachably provided in the pen and is at least 6 cm long in order to contain enough ink. The overall length of the pen is at least 10 cm so that the pen can be easily held while the user writes or draws with the ballpoint/rollerball tip and while the user applies a force to a glass obstacle through the front end of the smashing rod to smash the glass obstacle.

Tactical pen
Representative implementations of devices and techniques provide a tactical pen that may include various useful features and components, according to various embodiments. In the implementations, the tactical pen is comprised of multiple components (e.g., two or more sections) which may be coupled together and which may be sealed with one or more seals to provide moisture or humidity protection to the contents of the pen. For example, in addition to an ink pen refill (e.g., ball-point pen refill), the tactical pen may include one or more cavities or compartments to store items, a sharp implement, as well as one or more additional tools or implements.

Combination writing utensil and handcuff tool
A combination writing utensil and handcuff tool including a writing utensil having a slotted interior chamber and a plurality of spring-loaded buttons. A pair of writing tips is disposed within the slotted interior chamber, with each of a first of the pair of writing tips and a second of the pair of writing tips engaged with each of a first of the plurality of spring-loaded buttons and a second of the plurality of spring-loaded buttons, respectively, and lockably extended through an opening of the writing utensil. Additionally, each of a handcuff key and a handcuff lock is disposed within the slotted interior chamber of the writing utensil. Each of the handcuff key and the handcuff lock is engaged with each of a third of the plurality of spring-loaded buttons and a fourth of the plurality of spring-loaded buttons, respectively, and lockably extended through the opening of the writing utensil.

HAND-HELD DEVICE, IN PARTICULAR A WRITING INSTRUMENT, PROVIDED WITH A BLOCKING DEVICE
A hand-held device includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is engaged at least in part with the second portion while being movable in translation in an axial direction relative to the second portion. The first portion presents a first distal end while the second portion presents a second distal end opposite from the first distal end in the axial direction. A blocking device is configured to prevent the first portion from moving in translation in the axial direction relative to the second portion only when, considered in the gravity direction, the first distal end is arranged above the second distal end. The blocking device includes a chamber and a ball or the equivalent housed in the chamber.
MANUAL DEVICE WITH TWO RETRACTABLE HEADS CARRIED BY A SINGLE CARRIAGE
A manual device extends in an axial direction and includes a housing having a first housing portion and a second housing portion. First and second heads are each axially movable between a use position and a stowed position. The first head is in the stowed position when the second head is in the use position, whereas the second head is in the stowed position when the first head is in the use position. The first head and the second head both are carried by a single carriage movable in the axial direction and arranged inside a barrel. A groove forming a cam track is formed by a first shoulder of the first housing portion and by a second shoulder of the barrel. A lug of the carriage cooperates with the groove.
