Ultrasonic cleaning apparatus
An ultrasonic cleaning apparatus with a cleaning reservoir having a plurality of chambers, which are selectably fillable with cleaning fluid. The chambers of the multi-chamber reservoir are fluidly interconnectable, the apparatus further comprising a fluid distribution pump and a controller for sequentially controlling a fluid flow between the chambers during an ultrasonic cleaning cycle. Such a multi-chamber reservoir has the advantage of reducing the total volume of fluid required to clean vessels in the reservoir, since the cleaning process can be performed in a staged or sequential procedure, and the cleaning and/or rinsing fluid reused in each chamber, allowing the apparatus to be more compact.
Portable dishwasher
A dishwasher has a housing (10) with a wash chamber (20) and a top wall (204) with a non-planar surface (214;214″) facing downwardly into the wash chamber, the surface having portions (216,218; 226,228) facing downwardly and facing in different horizontal directions (H1,H2; HX,HY,HP,HQ). Nozzles (402) mounted within the wash chamber spray a liquid upwardly within the wash chamber. The surface portions redistribute the upwardly-sprayed water in horizontal directions to provide a more uniform washing action. A portable dishwasher may have a fresh water reservoir (422) and a used water reservoir (430) mounted in the housing beneath the wash chamber. The used water reservoir may be removably mounted in the housing so that the user can remove used wash water by removing the used water reservoir. The portable dishwasher can be used at a location remote from a sink.
Compact dishwasher for cleaning a few eating utensils
A compact dishwasher for cleaning a few eating utensils includes a wash container disposed on a base. A clean water tank is disposed on the base and in fluid communication with the wash container for supplying clean water to the wash container. A wastewater tank is disposed on the base and in fluid communication with the wash container for receiving wastewater from the wash container. A housing body encompasses the wash container, the clean water tank, and the wastewater tank. The dishwasher can further comprise a first pump for facilitating pressurized discharge of clean water in the wash container and a second pump disposed for facilitating drainage of wastewater from the wash container into the wastewater tank. A heating coil can be employed to provide hot water to the wash container. The dishwasher can further include a cleaning basket insertable through the top of the dishwasher.
METHOD OF ULTRASONICALLY CLEANING A VESSEL
A method of cleaning a vessel including the steps of: a) providing a cleaning reservoir having a plurality of chambers each for holding a cleaning fluid; b) filling a first chamber of the cleaning reservoir with a cleaning fluid; c) ultrasonically cleaning one or more vessels in the first chamber using the cleaning fluid; d) transferring the cleaning fluid from the first chamber to a second chamber of the cleaning reservoir; and e) ultrasonically cleaning one or more vessels in the second chamber by reusing the cleaning fluid transferred from the first chamber and used to clean the one or more vessels in the first chamber.
TABLEWARE HYDRO-CLEANING APPARATUS
A compact counter manual use tableware hydro-cleaning apparatus (10, 10′) comprising two operating units defined by a first unit (12, 12′) and by a second unit (14) not rigidly connected to each other, separable, movable and positionable/repositionable independently with respect to each other, the first unit (12, 12′) defining a control unit which houses the components/devices required for the operation of the hydro-cleaning apparatus and the second unit (14) defining a tableware washing chamber.
Ultrasonic Spoon Washing Apparatus and Method
Proposed is ultrasonic spoon washing apparatus and method, which use ultrasonic waves generated by one or more ultrasonic oscillators provided on a vertical side wall of polygonal surfaces of a wash tub, so that spoons contained in a spoon support part rotating forward/in reverse may very efficiently and conveniently be washed while the number of revolutions changes for each washing stage, the apparatus including: a frame body; the wash tub mounted inside the frame body; one or more ultrasonic oscillators provided on an outer side of the vertical side wall; a forward/reverse rotation support part including a support shaft and a rotation support pipe; a spoon support part including a holder and a spoon accommodation container; a rinsing water supply part configured to spray the rinsing water together with a rinsing aid; and a wastewater and foreign material discharge part configured to discharge, to the outside, wastewater and foreign materials.
Ergonomic intelligent dishwasher
Ergonomic Intelligent Dishwasher comprising of closed-loop carousel system, tableware storage holder and a Wash-Pod. Individual tableware is inserted through an opening where the tableware attaches to a closed-loop, speed-adjustable carousel-system that moves the individual tableware, in a queue-fashion, through one or more wash cycle as the attached-tableware travels towards the tableware separation-mechanism. Tableware separation-mechanism is activated or deactivated for each individual tableware in the said queue on the carousel based on user-define setting or an internal quality-control process, thus, when deactivated, attached tableware on the carousel continues to travel through additional said cleaning cycle in the loop until such time when carousel-tableware separation-mechanism is activated. Once the tableware is discharged and separated from the carousel, the tableware is directed to one or more tableware storage holder. As part of the same unit, Wash-Pod is a housing within the unit with closeable lid for washing kitchenware items based on user parameters.
DISHWASHER
A dishwasher (1) comprises a washing chamber (2) configured for receiving crockery (3) to be washed, which can be accessed via a first lateral zone (5a) and a distinct second lateral zone (5b). The dishwasher (1) comprises a lid (6) configured for being rotated, with respect to the washing chamber (2), around a rotation axis (7) passing through the washing chamber (2), between a first position, in which it prevents accessing the said washing chamber (2) both via the first lateral zone (5a) and via the second lateral zone (5b), and a second position in which it allows accessing the washing chamber (2) via at least one between the first lateral zone (5a) and the second lateral zone (5b).
WASH SYSTEM FOR WASHING APPLIANCE
A washing machine such as a dishwashing machine, preferably of the drawer-style or table-top style, or a laundry washing machine, the washing machine having at least one low-height wash liquid conduit connecting the outlet of a sump region of a washing tub to a wash pump. A cover plate is provided for covering a section of the washing tub base and the at least one low-height conduit is formed between the base of the washing tub and the cover plate by a combination thereof. The surface of a heating unit forms a surface of the low-height conduit and the sump is provided with multiple outlets.
