Wash System For Washing Appliance
A washing machine such as a dishwashing machine, preferably of the drawer-style or table-top style, or a laundry washing machine, the washing machine having at least one low-height wash liquid conduit connecting the outlet of a sump region of a washing tub to a wash pump. The at least one low-height conduit having a transverse cross-section that is substantially oblong. In one aspect, the surface of a heating unit forms a surface of a low-height conduit. In another aspect, the sump is provided with multiple outlets. In another aspect, a cover plate is provided for covering a section of a washing tub base and the at least one low-height conduit is formed between the base of the washing tub and the cover plate by a combination thereof. In another aspect, a pump cap component is located in the washing tub, the pump cap component having upper and lower spaced walls and at least one connecting wall between the upper and lower spaced walls, the connecting wall(s) arranged so as to form a closed shape when viewed from above, the closed shape including a wash pump housing volume for an impeller of the wash pump.
ULLY AUTOMATIC DISHWASHER AND AUTOMATIC CLEANING METHOD
The present disclosure discloses a sequential dishwasher, and relates to the technical field of sequential dishwashers and automatic cleaning methods. The sequential dishwasher includes a casing to the bottom of which a drainage pipe is connected, a dish cleaning mechanism, arranged in the casing; a rotary drive mechanism, arranged below the dish cleaning mechanism; a liquid supply mechanism, arranged in the casing and used for providing a detergent or tap water for cleaning of two sides of a dish in a spraying manner; and a control system, configured to control and connect the dish cleaning mechanism, the rotary drive mechanism, and the liquid supply mechanism for a clamping drive, a rotary drive, and a liquid supply cleaning drive during dish cleaning. The present disclosure further provides an automatic cleaning method for dishes. The present disclosure may effectively save detergent consumption and water consumption of cleaning while realizing rapid cleaning of the single dish, and when facing cleaning of a small number of dishes, may complete the automatic cleaning of the dishes more efficiently with more energy saved.

A dishwasher (1) for cleaning drinking vessels, wherein the dishwasher (1) has a treatment zone (3) and a conveyor apparatus (6) for conveying the items of washware (2) to be cleaned from an introduction region (4) of the dishwasher (1) through the treatment zone (3) to a removal region (5) of the dishwasher (1). The conveyor apparatus (6) is configured to convey a previously defined or definable group of items of washware (2) to be cleaned in batches from the introduction region (4) through the treatment zone (3) and then to feed the group of items of washware (2) as cleaned items of washware (2) to the removal region (5).
Dishwasher, in particular in the shape of a counter module for a counter system
A dishwasher for cleaning washware items in the form of drinking vessels, is configured as a counter module of a counter system and includes a treatment zone having a placement area and a removal area associated therewith. The washware item to be cleaned can be manually placed into the treatment zone via the placement area and the cleaned washware item be manually removed from the treatment zone via the removal area, wherein the placement area and the removal area are disposed opposite one another with the interposition of the treatment zone. At least one bracket is provided in the treatment zone for releasably securing and/or positioning the washware item placed in the treatment zone.

The present disclosure provides a bowl-type dish washer comprising: a body; a water tank in the body; a water supply coupled to the water tank; a rotation driver in the body; a rotation shaft coupled to the driver; a cleaning unit removably coupled to the rotation shaft; a curved plate coupled to the body at a top thereof; and a removable cover removably coupled to the curved plate, wherein the removable cover has multiple bowl-type dish supporters formed on an inner side thereof, wherein the multiple bowl-type dish supporters have different sizes based on the size of the bowl-type dishes, wherein the removable cover has a horizontal partition to define a detergent receiving space.
Washer such as a dishwasher or a washing machine and method for operating a washer
The invention relates to methods for operating a washer, and in preferred embodiments to a washer having a water tank that is integrally, preferably detachably, formed with the washer, wherein the washer comprises a washing chamber for accommodating goods to be cleaned, said washing chamber having in its lower portion a sump for collecting water during operation of the washer, a water inlet, a circulating pump for circulating water through the washing chamber, and a control unit for controlling a washing cycle carried out by the washer. In accordance with the invention, in this method water is fed via the water inlet into the sump; the pressure within an inlet or outlet conduit of the circulating pump is measured; and based on the pressure measurement the washing cycle is controlled and/or indicator signals are issued to a user of the washer.
PORTABLE DISHWASHING APPARATUS
A portable dishwashing apparatus includes a base unit and a hand unit in connection with the base unit. A soap mixture in the base unit is directed to the hand unit and exits the distal end of a cleaning head extension bar onto a cleaning head, which is used to scrub dishes. A trigger located on the hand unit controls the flow of water from the distal end of the rinse extension bar and the distal end of the cleaning head extension bar. The cleaning head is removably attachable to the distal end of the cleaning head extension bar and is structured to rotate and pivot to allow any one of several cleaning tools on the cleaning head to be moved into a cleaning position and constantly engage and follow a surface shape of an item being cleaned.
Dynamic Fluid Heater And Washing Appliance
A heating system for heating a target fluid may include an intermediate liquid circulation path for holding an intermediate liquid and a target fluid flow path for conveying the target fluid, where the target fluid flow path and the circulation path are separate from one another but thermally communicate with one another via a heat exchanger. The intermediate liquid may be heated by a heater and circulated in the intermediate liquid circulation path by a pump. A ratio of the maximum heat output of the heater to the volume of the intermediate liquid circulation path may be at least about 5 Watts/cm.sup.3. The thermal mass of the intermediate liquid may be 0.3 times the thermal mass of the target fluid or less. The heating system may be utilized in a washing appliance such as a dishwasher, where the target fluid is the wash water used in such appliance.
UTENSIL CLEANING DEVICE AND METHOD
A knife cleaner for a commercial kitchen is mounted on a countertop or prep table with suction cups or similar devices, and provides three separate compartments for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing solutions. A removable cap provides a channel guide leading downward into each of the three compartments. The wash channel guide provides scrub brush components to remove food particles and other debris. The cleaner is disassembled easily without tools for cleaning purposes.
Glassware and silverware steamer
A device for steaming utensils such as silverware and glassware includes a frame having side and bottom walls. The frame has an open upper end. A heating chamber containing at least one heating device is connected with and depends from the frame bottom wall. A fluid reservoir is arranged within the frame and rests on the frame bottom wall. When fluid such as water is arranged in the reservoir and the heating device is operated, the water is heated to generate steam which exits the frame open upper end. One or more racks containing the utensils to be steamed are arranged on the device. The steam cleans the utensils for subsequent polishing.
