Tear away quilting template
The present invention teaches a tear away quilting template system comprising a row template and at least one corner template. The row template and at least one corner template each feature a solid line pattern and a dashed line pattern. The dashed line pattern is designed to match and correspond with portions of the solid line pattern.
Stencil Holder
A stencil holder for rapidly and consistently decorating objects placed therein. The stencil holder includes a base pivotally connected to a frame, wherein the frame can move between an open and closed position. The frame includes a lower support that can removably couple with an upper support, wherein the upper support and the lower support cooperatively secure a stencil therebetween in an operational position. The upper support and the lower support each include an opening for accessing the stencil when disposed therebetween. In the closed position, the supports are secured to one another and the frame rests parallel to the base such that the stencil rests directly above the object for applying decoration. In some embodiments, an extender is removably securable to either a top side or lower side of the upper support to allow various sized objects to fit therebeneath.
Spiral art device
The technology described herein relates to a spiral art device that allows a user to create and recreate spiral art designs with chalk, and in particular with sidewalk chalk. The spiral art device in accordance with aspects herein comprises one or more stencil pieces and a motor piece. The motor piece is configured to move the stencil piece a predetermined distance around the motor piece, as many times as desired to form the spiral art design. The stencil piece is configured to have multiple securing points that allow the stencil piece to be secured to the motor piece at different angles, further allowing the user to add additional variations to their spiral art design. Design variations may be exponentially multiplied when multiple stencils having differently shaped traceable margins are provided with the spiral art device in accordance with aspects herein.
Old work box device
An old work box device may be provided. The old work box device may include an adjustable device ring. Furthermore, the old work box device may have a measuring device affixed to the device ring, which may be capable of measuring a horizontal or vertical distance in relation to the device ring. A level may be provided on the device ring, which may be capable of leveling the device ring vertically or horizontally. A magnet or stud finder may be provided on the device ring, which may be capable of locating a stud for the installation of an old work box. The old work box may include a measurement scale along its perimeter and a marking device capable of marking desired locations a mounting surface.

Device for trimming fabric
A device incorporating visible alignment features which allow the precision trimming of fabric into geometric shapes of a fixed size is disclosed. The device also allows trimming of fabric figures composed of simpler geometric shapes, including guides for rotary trimmers or other cutting implements to remove excess fabric at the seam created by the most common method of creating such figures, to produce figures of specified size and shape with no measuring required. The device incorporates a plurality of trimming slots and indexing indicators allowing it to be used to produce such figures. A method of using the device to produce multiple final fabric pieces from a single section of base fabric is also disclosed.

Stair layout template and method for using the template
Embodiments of the present invention provide a stair layout template that reduces the opportunity for errors when constructing a set of stairs. Embodiments also provide a method for using the template to construct a set of stairs. The template indicates to the builder where a particular set of marks are to be made on the insides (the sides where the tread modules are attached) of both stringers. These marks include the cut marks for the bottom and top ends of the stringers and the screw set points that indicate where the tread modules will be attached to the stringers. The template is reversible, with the mirrored markings on both sides, so that the process for one stringer is the mirror image of the other stringer.

Quilt stamps
A quilt stamps and quilt stamp sets can be used to simplify and expedite the process of cutting and sewing fabric pieces for a patchwork quilt. A quilt stamp can be formed of a transparent material in a desired shape. A stamping side of the quilt stamp includes parallel ridges that are offset from and extend along the outer edges of the shape. The outer ridge can be formed as a continuous ridge while the inner ridge can include repeating gaps thereby forming a dashed pattern. Both the outer and inner ridges can function to stamp lines onto fabric which define where to cut as well as where to sew the fabric.
