A filtering device and a tableware washing apparatus, the filtering device includes a rotary filter and a drive assembly. The rotary filter includes a columnar filtering screen configured to filter water from a washing process of the tableware washing apparatus; wherein a diameter of an external circle defined by each mesh of the columnar filtering screen is between 0.2 to 0.5 mm. The drive assembly is connected to the rotary filter and configured to drive the columnar filtering screen to rotate relative to contents within the columnar filtering screen at a relative speed of 100 to 1000 r/min, for separating at least a portion of residue on the columnar filtering screen from the columnar filtering screen.

A system and method for cleaning a reusable dish, comprising: picking a dirty dish from a load module disposed to contain at least one dirty dish with a robotic arm, wherein said dirty dish is stained with material that needs to be removed prior to reuse; transporting said dirty dish from said load module to a wash module with said robotic arm; cleaning said dirty dish in said wash module having the means to transform said dirty dish into a clean dish, wherein said clean dish does not exhibit any material that needs to be removed prior to reuse; transporting said clean dish from said wash module to a store module with said robotic arm; and dropping off said clean dish in said store module, wherein said store module is disposed to contain at least one clean dish, whereby each dirty dish is cleaned thoroughly and efficiently with individual attention in real time.

A dishwasher having a treating chamber with one or more sprayers through which liquid is recirculated into the treating chamber, whereby the impact of the spray emitted from the sprayers impacts the structure forming the treating chamber to generate noise. Damping material is applied to structure forming the treating chamber to reduce the sound level of the impact exterior of the dishwasher.

A dishwasher having a treating chamber with one or more sprayers through which liquid is recirculated into the treating chamber, whereby the impact of the spray emitted from the sprayers impacts the structure forming the treating chamber to generate noise. Damping material is applied to structure forming the treating chamber to reduce the sound level of the impact exterior of the dishwasher.

A movable rack assembly for a washer having a generally rectangular frame. The frame includes a central hub connectable to a fluid source. A plurality of elongated tubular base members extends from the central hub and defines a bottom of the frame. A pair of spaced-apart elongated, tubular side members defines side portions of the frame and a space therebetween. Each of a plurality of spaced-apart transverse members has ends that are connected to one of the side members. The transverse members transverse the space defined between the side members. A rotary spray arm is attached to each of the transverse members. A plurality of corner spray nozzles on the frame directs fluid toward corners of the frame. The bottom members, the side members and the transverse members are fluidly connected with each other and fluidly connect the rotary spray arms and the corner spray nozzles with the central hub.

A movable rack assembly for a washer having a generally rectangular frame. The frame includes a central hub connectable to a fluid source. The bottom members, the side members and the transverse members are fluidly connected with each other and fluidly connect the rotary spray arms and the corner spray nozzles with the central hub.

A multi-compartment dishwasher may include a treating chemistry dispenser for storing and dispensing treating chemistry into the multiple compartments of the dishwasher. In one embodiment, the treating chemistry may be dispensed into a liquid recirculation circuit. In another embodiment, the treating chemistry dispenser may be located between the multiple chambers of the dishwasher.

A multi-compartment dishwasher may include a treating chemistry dispenser for storing and dispensing treating chemistry into the multiple compartments of the dishwasher. In one embodiment, the treating chemistry may be dispensed into a liquid recirculation circuit. In another embodiment, the treating chemistry dispenser may be located between the multiple chambers of the dishwasher.

A method for cleaning dishes in a warewasher is provided: It may include filling a sump with hot water, dispensing detergent into the sump, running a wash cycle, draining the used hot water and detergent from the sump after the wash cycle, flushing the sump, filling the sump with the aqueous ozone solution, and running a rinse cycle with the aqueous ozone solution. A warewasher is provided: It may include a timer, a wash chamber, a sump, a hot water fill solenoid configured to direct hot water into the sump, a chemical dispenser, at least one spray arm, a circulation pump, an ozone generator assembly configured to provide aqueous ozone solution to the sump, and a drain assembly. The timer may control the hot water fill solenoid, the chemical dispenser, the circulation pump, the ozone generator assembly, and the drain assembly to effectuate a cleaning sequence.
