WAREWASHER WITH HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM
A warewash machine includes a chamber for receiving wares, the chamber having at least one wash zone. A refrigerant medium circuit includes a first heat exchanger arranged to deliver refrigerant medium heat to a first fluid and a second heat exchanger arranged to provide a heat exchange relationship between the refrigerant medium and a second fluid, the first heat exchanger located upstream of the second heat exchanger in the refrigerant medium circuit. A bypass arrangement for causing at least some refrigerant medium to selectively bypass at least one of the first condenser or the second condenser based upon subcooled refrigerant medium condition.
Method and apparatus for washing articles
A device for washing articles includes a pre-wash section for the removal of particles from the articles, a wash section for the removal of residue from the articles, a pre-wash conveyor for conveying the articles in the pre-wash section, and a wash conveyor for conveying articles in the wash section. The pre-wash conveyor and the wash conveyors are separate with the pre-wash conveyor terminating at the commencement of the wash conveyor, and the articles are transferred from the pre-wash conveyor to the wash conveyor.
Cleaning device having an energy store
This disclosure proposes a cleaning device for cleaning items to be cleaned. The cleaning device has at least one fluid device for applying at least one cleaning fluid to the items to be cleaned. The cleaning device has at least one electrical load. The cleaning device further has at least one electrical connection for supplying electrical energy to the cleaning device. The cleaning device further has at least one energy store. The cleaning device is designed to receive electrical energy via the electrical connection and to temporarily store said electrical energy in the energy store. The cleaning device is further designed to supply electrical energy from the energy store to the at least one electrical load.
DISHWASHER WITH HEAT RECOVERY APPARATUS
A dishwasher includes a heat recovery apparatus to recover thermal energy of the wastewater and/or exhaust air and to transfer the thermal energy to at least one treatment liquid to be sprayed and/or to a drying air. A primary circulation system has a heat pump assembly and a secondary circulation system. A heat exchanger unit of the heat pump assembly enables at least a portion of the thermal energy transferred to refrigerant of the primary circulation system to be transferred to a carrier medium in the secondary circulation system. A heat exchanger unit of the secondary circulation system enables at least a portion of the thermal energy transferred to the carrier medium to be transferred as utility heat to the treatment liquid and/or to the drying air.

Dishwashing apparatus and method
A dishwashing apparatus comprises a housing containing a series of zones, each zone adapted for performing a step of a dishwashing cycle. A drive means transports a shuttle loaded with a soiled item in a loop from a loading/unloading area atop the housing, into the housing, through each of the wash-step zones and out of the housing back to the loading/unloading area. Different shuttle types are provided, each type adapted to carry one of: an individual item of plateware, an individual item of cupware or an individual place setting of cutlery. A method of washing dishes utilising the apparatus is described. The apparatus is compact for installation flush with countertop adjacent to a kitchen sink. The apparatus and method permit rapid and efficient washing of small numbers of items such as a single place setting.
Unloading arrangement for unloading items of washware which are arranged, in particular, on trays or tray-like objects
An unloading arrangement (10) for unloading items of washware (5a, 5b, 5c) which are arranged, in particular, on trays or tray-like objects (6), in particular items of washware (5a, 5b, 5c) from place settings. The unloading arrangement (10) has a feed conveyor belt (11) for feeding the items of washware. The unloading arrangement (10) also has a large number of unloading stations (12, 13, 14) arranged one behind the otheras seen in the conveying direction of the feed conveyor belt (11). For successively unloading the feed conveyor belt (11) or for successively unloading the trays or tray-like objects (6), a predefined or predefinable washware group is preferably associated with each unloading station (12, 13, 14) and each unloading station is designed to unload preferably only items of washware of the associated washware group from the washware which is fed by the feed conveyor belt (11).
System for loading a dishwasher and dishwasher having a system of this kind
A system (10) for loading a dishwasher which is designed as, in particular, a commercial conveyor dishwasher (1). The system (10) has a feed conveyor belt (11) for feeding washware (9a, 9b, 9c) to a loading region of the conveyor dishwasher (1). The system (10) also has a sorting arrangement for sorting the washware (9a, 9b, 9c), which is fed to the loading region of the conveyor dishwasher (1) by means of the feed conveyor belt (11), in accordance with predefined or predefinable washware groups. At least one loading arrangement (13a, 13b, 13c) is associated with the sorting arrangement for the purpose of automatically loading the conveyor dishwasher (1) with washware (9a, 9b, 9c) of one of the predefined or predefinable washware groups.
RACK MOUNTING FEATURES FOR A DISHWASHER APPLIANCE
A rack mounting assembly for supporting an upper rack assembly within a tub of a dishwasher appliance is provided. The tub defines an alignment feature and a screw hole. The rack mounting assembly includes a mounting body defining a mounting boss and a complementary feature configured for engaging the alignment feature of the tub when the mounting body is properly aligned. When the mounting body is properly aligned, the mounting boss is substantially aligned with a screw hole in the tub such that a screw can pass through the mounting boss and into the screw hole to secure the mounting body to the tub.
Warewasher with heat recovery system
