A system for conveying dishware through a cleaning cycle. The system includes a conveyance assembly having a receiving surface to receive and retain dishware. The conveyance assembly rotates the receiving surfaces about an axis to convey the dishware to each of at least two unique locations. A dishwasher includes a washing system configured as a recirculation loop and a dirt discharge system associated with the washing system. The dirt discharge system is associated with a separator apparatus configured so as to separate at least a portion of the washing liquid required to empty a dirt collection region of the dirt discharge system and discharged together with the dirt particles from the dirt collection region from the dirt particles discharged from the dirt collection region and to return the separated washing liquid back to the water circulation of the dishwasher.

A collection mechanism of washing device includes: a receiving space for receiving an object from a conveyance mechanism; a collection space above the receiving space for receiving the stacked objects; a lifting mechanism below the receiving space for pushing the object from the receiving space to the collection space; a supporting element between the receiving space and the collection space, pivotable between a support position and an erected position. The objects in the collection space are placed on the supporting element at the support position. When the object in the receiving space is pushed by the lifting mechanism, the supporting element is pushed to the erected position to allow the object to enter the collection space under the stacked objects. When the objects are higher than the supporting element, the supporting element pivots back to the support position to support the objects again.

Disclosed is a cleaning device for cleaning items to be cleaned. The cleaning device has at least one cleaning chamber and at least one covering device at least partially surrounding the cleaning chamber. The covering device can be moved in an opening movement direction from a closed position into an open position or in a closing movement direction from an open position into a closed position by means of at least one electromechanical drive via at least one transmission. The cleaning device furthermore has a sensor, which is designed to detect an action of a manual force on the covering device in the opening movement direction or in the closing movement direction. The cleaning device is furthermore designed to control the electromechanical drive in accordance with the detection of the action of the manual force.

A conveyor dishwashing machine (1) has at least one washing zone (7), and at least one final rinse zone (8) which is connected downstream (as viewed in the transport direction (T) of the wash items) of the at least one washing zone (7). The conveyor dishwashing machine (1) has a transport apparatus for transporting the wash items through the treatment zones (6, 7) of the conveyor dishwashing machine (1) so that the wash items are situated at least in regions in a washing plane (5) which runs horizontally. The present invention relates to a conveyor dishwasherwith at least one final rinse zone with at least one final rinse nozzle for spraying final rinse liquid onto washware, and wherein a metering device associated with the final rinse zone is provided for adding a disinfectant to the final rinse liquid in a metered manner. A sensor device is configured to detect the concentration of disinfectant in the final rinse liquid which is sprayed in the final rinse zone. Furthermore, a control device is configured to compare the value of the concentration of disinfectant which is detected by the sensor device with predefinable concentration values and, in the event of excessively high deviations of the concentration of disinfectant from the predefinable concentration values, to interrupt the dishwashing process or to output a warning signal to an operator.

A liquid distributor for a liquid-transfer system of a conveyor dishwasher has first, second and third connections. The liquid sprayed in at least one final-rinse zone of the conveyor dishwasher can be fed to the liquid distributor via the first connection, wherein some of the liquid fed to the liquid distributor can be discharged, via the second connection, to a line system which can be connected to the second connection, and wherein the rest of the liquid fed to the liquid distributor can be discharged, via the third connection, to at least one line system which can be connected to the third connection. The liquid distributor has an interchangeable aperture component, which defines the fraction of liquid which is fed to the liquid distributor via its first connection and is to be discharged, via the second connection, to the line system which can be connected to the second connection.

A conveyor warewasher has at least one washing zone, at least one rinsing zone and a conveyor apparatus. A camera system is arranged above or below or to the side of the conveyor apparatus and is configured in order capture at least one image of a portion of the conveyor apparatus, preferably continuously or at predetermined or determinable times and/or events. An evaluation device is configured in order to evaluate and determine on the basis of the at least one image whether, at the time of the image capture, washware of the following washware category was present in the portion of the conveyor apparatus: reusable plasticware, in particular in the form of plastic trays, plastic mugs, plastic bowls, plastic covers for plastic bowls, and/or plastic plates.
