An oral care implement and a method of forming the same. In one aspect, the invention can be an oral care implement having a handle and a head. The head has a basin cavity formed therein which has an open top end. An aperture is formed into the basin cavity that forms a passageway to an outer surface of the head. An applicator is positioned within the basin cavity so that a portion of the applicator protrudes through the aperture. The oral care implement also includes a head plate with a plurality of tooth cleaning elements mounted thereon. The head plate is coupled to the head and encloses the open top end of the basin cavity.

Cosmetics packaging and applicators are described. The cosmetic applicator includes a main body portion having a protrusion. The main body portion includes a product delivery passageway and an applicator having a rounded application surface coupled to the protrusion. The applicator has an opening for dispensing the product and is formed from a thermal storage material. The applicator may be a ball.

A liquid dispensing applicator may include a liquid source for housing a liquid, the liquid source having a first end and a second end, the second end being closed; a swab member for dispensing said liquid, the swab member being disposed at the first end; and at least one capillary member being in fluid communication with the liquid source, the capillary tube directing fluid out from the liquid source onto an exterior of the swab member upon application of pressure to the liquid source. This patent describes the application end of a dispenser, for applying a cream product from a squeeze tube. In its best mode, it is envisioned as a dispenser for nipple cream, for nursing mothers. The applicator has attachment means for securing the applicator to a squeeze-tube. The invention may include a squeeze tube, or alternatively an outer base to assist in retaining the invention on a squeeze tube. The cream product from the squeeze tube is directed through an outlet neck and then through a slit in a soft pad. The pad is useful for spreading cream evenly onto skin cleanly and comfortably. A cap forms a tight seal with the outer base to protect the pad and the contents of the tube. The cap may be attached to the outer base with a connector. Alternatively, the cap may be attached to a suction cup.
