Drying system and method
A drying system having a wicking member defined by a top-surface, a bottom-surface, and a thickness; wherein the drying system for items includes the wicking member suitable for supporting the items for drying in an ambient environment. The bottom-surface is able to be placed on a planar-surface (such as a table or counter or the like) to support the wicking member, the bottom-surface adjacent the planar-surface when used. The wicking member has pleated vertical members protruding upwardly from the top-surface. The wicking member may be made of terry cloth or other suitable fabric that is flexible.

Liquid collection device that catches and transports, without spills, drain water from a piece of equipment, such as an ice table, and a system including the table and collection device
Liquid collection and transport device includes a liquid collection tank having an inlet on an upper portion and an outlet on a lower portion. There is a detachable cap on the inlet for retaining a liquid in the tank during transport. A drain is provided on the outlet, and the drain has a valve for controlling the collection and removal of liquid from the tank. A cart includes a frame which releasably secures the tank on the cart, and the tank is slidable relative to the frame, so that the location of the drain relative to the cart can be varied. The liquid collection and transport device may have a handle provided on the valve to open and close the valve, the handle being provided adjacent the upper portion of the tank.
DISH DRYING MAT
A foldable dish drying mat includes a first mat section having a recessed area and the recessed area including discrete discontinuous ridges all directed in a first direction. The foldable dish drying mat also includes a second mat section having a recessed area and the recessed area including discrete discontinuous ridges all directed in a second direction, the first mat section configured to be coupled to the second mat section along an edge and forming a first hinge. Further, the foldable dish drying mat includes a third mat section having a recessed area and the recessed area including discrete discontinuous ridges all directed in a third direction, the third mat section configured to be coupled to the second mat section along an edge and forming a second hinge. The third direction is substantially perpendicular to the second direction and the ridges of the second mat section are configured to engage with the ridges of the third mat section when the dish drying mat is in a folded state.

Dishwasher
A dishwasher, in particular a free-standing dishwasher or a high-level built-in dishwasher, includes an appliance door and a bottom-side plinth cover which is aligned essentially flush with a front face of the appliance door. The plinth cover has a top wall which faces a lower edge of the appliance door and is spaced from the lower edge of the appliance door to allow for an opening movement of the appliance door across a free movement gap. At least one lighting element is provided to allow illumination of the movement gap between the lower edge of the appliance door and the top wall of the plinth cover.
WASHABLE KNIFE BLOCK ASSEMBLY
A washable utensil storage assembly and method of constructing the assembly includes a body comprising a plurality of walls and at least one shelf for locating a holding assembly for supporting utensils. The body further comprises a cavity formed by the plurality of walls that is enclosed by the at least one shelf at a first end and a removably positioned panel at a second end spaced from the first end.
