An off-counter tableware, cookware or utensils drying/storage space includes a mix of drawers and/or shelves distributed in upper and/or lower locations. The drawers and shelves allow water to evaporate off tableware, cookware or utensil which have been cleaned and placed in the drawer/shelf wet and also direct any water which does not evaporate to a collection point. In addition, a communal washing and/or rinsing station includes a primary washing and rinsing device with a default-spray nozzle. The station can include a high flow filling device and a filtered water faucet.

Nesting, dish drying rack
A drying rack which can be nested during shipment and/or storage includes an upper portion having a first and second drying areas. The drying areas define a gap between their lower extents. The drying rack also includes a baseboard portion to catch liquid draining through the first drying area and a baseboard extension configured to move between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the baseboard extension extends beneath the second drying area so as to catch liquid draining through the second drying area and, in the second position, the baseboard extension overlaps the baseboard portion exposing the gap between the first drying area and the second drying area so as to enable nesting of the drying rack with other like-designed drying racks.

A foldable dish drying rack has a rack base section, a rack back section pivotally connected to the rack base section and a rack upright section pivotally connected to the rack base section rearward of the rack back section. The rack upright section supports the rack back section in an unfolded condition. A removable utensil tray has utensil tray support arms with utensil tray support arm notches that accept a top edge of base side members to support the utensil tray on either side of the rack base section when the dish drying rack is in the unfolded condition.
