Interlocking sectioned art subsurface
An interlocked sectioned art subsurface may include a plurality of removably interlocking panels making up the subsurface; a channel extending into an outer perimeter of the subsurface; and a security band, such as a tension spring, positioned within the channel and encircling the perimeter of the subsurface, the security band sized and positioned to secure the panels together. The plurality of panels may include a pair of exterior panels and, optionally, at least one interior panel, wherein the panels removably engage with one another via a tongue and groove system.
CUSTOM GRAPHIC SOFT TOP AND PROCESS
A process for manufacture of a custom pattern soft top for a vehicle. First, a printable marker sheet which matches the size for forming the layout of a plurality of sown together parts of a soft top for a vehicle is provided. Thereafter the design is printed onto the marker sheet in orientations on each individual part of said plurality of sewn together part such that the design on each part is configured and laid out to match the orientation of the pattern for that part on the vehicle. The parts of the top with the designs are then cut and assembled a final top which results in the design being displayed on all parts in proper orientation when installed on a vehicle.
Coating apparatus with donor surface, application device, and surplus extraction system
An apparatus is disclosed for coating a surface that is movable relative to the apparatus with a layer of metallic particles or particles having a metal-like appearance and reflectivity, the particles adhering more strongly to the surface than to one another. The apparatus comprises at least one spray head for directly or indirectly applying to the surface a fluid stream within which the particles are suspended, a housing surrounding the spray head(s) and defining an interior plenum for confining the fluid stream, the housing having a rim adjacent the surface that is configured to prevent egress of particles from a sealing gap defined between the rim of the housing and the surface to be coated, and a suction source connected to the housing to extract from the plenum the sprayed fluid and particles suspended in the sprayed fluid. In operation, the suction source extracts substantially all particles that are not in direct contact with the surface, so as to leave only a substantially single particle layer adhering to the surface on exiting the apparatus.

CONCRETE-MOSAIC
A method of forming an aesthetic surface on a concrete structure. The aesthetic surface includes a mosaic design including a plurality of aesthetic elements, such as tiles, aggregate or the like, which are embedded within the hardened concrete structure. The aesthetic elements are affixed to the concrete form in the arrangement corresponding to the mosaic design prior to using the form during construction of the concrete structure. The concrete is poured into the form and allowed to harden, after which, the forms are stripped from the concrete, thereby exposing the embedded aesthetic elements within the concrete structure.

Centering template for devices for applying inserts on laminar supports and a device incorporating the same
The present disclosure relates to a template and a related method for the application of inserts in the form of letters, numbers or symbols on leather, fabrics, cloth, or similar laminar products to customize them. The centering template comprises a main support body (101) having a centering system (106) to allow an engagement of the template (100) in pre-fixed position to a base (3a) of a press (3); and a centering element (102) configured to receive in pre-fixed position at least a laminar portion (103) of an accessory (104). The centering element (102) has a through seat (105) for the inserts (11) and it is movable with respect to the main support body (101) between an extracted resting position in which an upper surface (102a) of the centering element (102) is moved away from the main support body (101) and a working position in which the upper surface (102a) of the centering element (102) is approached to the main support body (101). The template allows the correct positioning of the characters on the accessory both in terms of alignment, and in terms of distance from the edges and from the other inserts of the accessory (handles, buckles, etc. . . . ) and regardless of the shape assumed by the laminar portion itself.
