Raised woodgrain finish decorative material
Provided is an inexpensive raised woodgrain finish decorative material that exhibits design properties similar to those of actual wood by the effect of reproducing visual appearance and feeling and has a short production timeline. The raised woodgrain finish decorative material has a substrate, a first raised section provided on one surface of the substrate, and a second raised section provided on the one surface of the substrate in a different location than the location of the first raised section, wherein the length of the first raised section is longer than the length of the second raised section in the lengthwise direction of the substrate, and the height of the first raised section is higher than the height of the second raised section in the thickness direction of the substrate.
Methods of Applying Powder Coatings to Produce Finish Effects
Methods and processes for applying powder coat faux finishes, and power coat materials associated with such methods and processes are provided. Processes employ one or more partial powder coat layers along with physical texturing techniques to provide a variety of powder coated faux finish effects. Methods may utilize standard powder coating formulations in contrasting combinations to form suitable faux finishes. Faux finishing techniques using powder coating procedures may reproduce effects previously only obtainable with wet techniques, such as, for example, sponging, color washing, rag rolling, marbleizing, faux granite, strié, antiquing, verdigris, wood graining, weathered patina, etc. Kits of materials, including powder coating materials and physical texturing equipment suitable to reproduce such faux finishes are also provided.

Methods of making surface materials with embedded images
The disclosure relates to methods of manufacturing surface materials for construction or manufacturing use and the surface materials produced by such methods. Substrate materials, such as synthetic or engineered stone or fiber-reinforced resinous panels, can be formed in conventional ways such as casting, molding, or pressing. Layers are printed onto substrate materials to form textures, which may include inks to selectively color the printed texture, thereby enabling a wide variety of high-resolution appearances. A clear, protective topcoat is then applied to the surface materials and cured to provide a finished material.
