Floor panel, as well as method, device and accessories for manufacturing such floor panel
Floor panel, more particularly a laminate floor panel, which, at least at two opposite edges (2-3-4-5), is provided with coupling parts (6-7-8-9), whereby this floor panel (1), at its decorative side, forms an imitation of wood, from which, by means of a tool, wood portions have been removed from the surface, more particularly forms an imitation of so-called scraped wood, and whereby this floor panel (1) comprises a decor (10) representing a wood pattern (18), a top layer (11) on the basis of synthetic material (12), and an underlying substrate (13), whether or not composed of several layers or parts, characterized in that the floor panel (1), in the surface over which the decor (10) extends, is provided with embossed portions (19 and/or 20) continuing up into the aforementioned substrate (13), whereby these embossed portions (19 and/or 20) are at least applied in order to imitate the aforementioned removed wood portions.

Die Cut Tool
A die cut tool for applying high or low relief dimensional elements onto a malleable media includes an interchangeable tool head, a magnetic fastening mechanism, and a tool handle. The magnetic fastening mechanism selectively couples the interchangeable tool head to the tool handle. The interchangeable tool head includes an outer cutting blade and a sculpting face. The sculpting face, when pressed against the malleable media, creates high or low relief dimensional elements. The outer cutting blade separates the dimensional element from the surrounding malleable media. The tool handle includes a socket portion and a gripping portion. The interchangeable tool head is securely retained inside the socket portion. The gripping portion provides a gripping surface whereby a user can securely grip the tool handle.
Embossing Tool
An embossing tool comprised of a pressing plate or endless belt that includes a structured surface, a first gloss level over the full area of the structured surface, and further, different gloss levels in several selected areas of the structured surface. The gloss levels are created by mechanical post-treatment and/or chemical post-treatment. A method for producing the embossing tool is also involved. The structured surface is provided with a first gloss level over the full area and receives further, different gloss levels in several selected areas in further work steps. The gloss levels are created via a mechanical post-treatment and/or chemical post-treatment.

Process for the manufacturing of surface elements
Processes for manufacturing surface elements are disclosed. The surface elements can comprise a decorative upper layer and a supporting core. Processes for manufacturing such surface elements can comprise obtaining a decor at least by digitization of a number of archetypes selected from woods and minerals by making a high resolution digital picture of said archetypes, storing said decor digitally, manufacturing a plurality of supporting cores, each being of rectangular shape and each having a size essentially equaling only one desired end user format and provided with an upper side and a lower side, editing said decor to fit said shape and size of each one of said plurality of supporting cores, and digitally applying different patterns on each of said plurality of supporting cores, wherein said patterns are selected and parted from said decor and said decor is used to control said digitally applying the different patterns.
