Further, the process cures the composite rope to form a rigid structure. An apparatus comprises an armature, a wire mesh that is operably attached to the armature, and an epoxy coated rope that is operably attached to the wire mesh. The epoxy coated rope comprises glass fiber.

A mount includes a base having a first surface and a second surface defining a ledge and a mount object including a mounting portion. The mounting portion is complementary in shape to the second surface and the ledge. The mount may further include a bracket or support frame. The second surface, ledge and bracket/support frame define a cavity and the mounting portion is complementary in shape to the surfaces that define the cavity. The first surface of the base is adapted to resemble a profile view of a human or animal face and the mount object is a bird wing or bear paw. An installation structure of tree-shaped decoration includes a tree trunk and decorative branches. Two or more sets of hanging fittings are provided on the trunk along the axial direction. A plurality of decorative branches are connected to the hanging fittings and arranged according to the arrangement of the tree-shaped decoration. There are simulated decorations distributed on the decorative branches. The top of the decorative branches is provided with a hook to connect to a hanging setting. The decorative branches are also connected to at least one or more support rods along the extension direction. The other end of the support rods connects to another hanging fitting. The decorative branches can be batch-produced and hung to the trunk by the hanging fittings by adjusting the support rods according to the requirements of the tree shape. So, the installation is simple and quick. The tree decoration has good simulation effects while reducing the materials costs.
