Paint roller housing
A paint roller housing having a chamber. The chamber of the housing has a first end located opposite a second end. The first end has a first opening configured to receive at least a portion of both a paint roller frame and a paint roller cover. The second end of the housing has a port. The housing has a substantially planar wall that is perpendicular to the first end and the second end of the housing. The substantially planar wall has a second opening that abuts the first opening of the first end of the housing. The second opening is configured for the paint roller frame to slidably traverse the length of the second opening to orient the paint roller cover within the chamber of the housing. The housing has a radial wall having a third opening and a guide ramp located within the chamber of the housing.
PAINTBRUSH CLEANING TOOL
Paintbrush cleaning tools are provided that include a tool body having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. The tool body may define an inlet port on a first end and a plurality of outlet ports on a second end opposite the first end. The inlet port may be configured to couple with a hose. The tool body may define at least one channel that fluidly couples the inlet port with the plurality of outlet ports. Each of the first surface and the second surface may include a plurality of teeth that extend outward from the respective surface of the tool body. Each of the first surface second surface may include a plurality of ridges that extend along at least a portion of a length of the respective surface.
PREP TOOL
A tool is provided that includes unitary plate that includes a blade portion and a tang portion. The blade portion can include an edge. The tang portion can include a positioning hole, a first hole, a slot, a second hole, a rivet hole, and one or more teeth (also referred to as one or more barbs) on a side of the tang portion. The tool can further include a hilt member which includes a through passage, a tab, and a notch. The tool includes an overlay on a body to create a handle for gripping the tool. The tool further includes a hammerhead cap on an end of the body, the hammerhead cap is coupled to the handle with a rivet through the rivet hole.
Prep tool
A tool is provided that includes unitary plate that includes a blade portion and a tang portion. The blade portion can include an edge. The tang portion can include a positioning hole, a first hole, a slot, a second hole, a rivet hole, and one or more teeth (also referred to as one or more barbs) on a side of the tang portion. The tool can further include a hilt member which includes a through passage, a tab, and a notch. The tool includes an overlay on a body to create a handle for gripping the tool. The tool further includes a hammerhead cap on an end of the body, the hammerhead cap is coupled to the handle with a rivet through the rivet hole.
Paint roller cover cleaner
A paint roller cover cleaner for cleaning a paint roller cover. The paint roller cover cleaner has one or more nozzles that spray the cover and that may each produce a fan-shaped jet in a plane that is at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the roller cover. The paint roller cover cleaner may also have a clamp for clamping a handle of the paint roller, another nozzle for cleaning an enclosure of the paint roller cover cleaner, a lid for the enclosure that drips within the mouth of the enclosure and does not move laterally across the roller cover to open. A system including a paint roller cover cleaner and a fluid supply that can contain the paint roller cover cleaner is also provided.
DETACHABLY ATTACHABLE IMPLEMENT SCRAPER
An implement scraper provides a scraper bar for scraping debris into a bucket, such as a five-gallon bucket, and is detachably attachable to the bucket by a bucket coupler. The bucket coupler is configured with a latch that rotates to secure the implement scraper to the rim of the bucket. The latch may be pivotably coupled between a latch pivot aperture. A rim extension is configured to extend along a rim of the bucket and the scraper bar is coupled to the rim extension and may extend across an extension angle of the bucket. A debris aperture is formed between the scraper bar and the rim extension to allow debris to fall therethrough into the bucket. A magnetic coupler is configured to retain a metallic implement to the implement scraper by one or more magnets.
Paint brush wrapper
A wrapper for a paint brush is provided which is intended for use after the brush has been used. In most instances the brush has been cleaned with water or other solvents and then placed in the paint brush wrapper so that the bristles portion of the paint brush are covered. A fastener such as a cord is used to hold the wrapper in place. The wrapper is made of an air permeable material to allow for the brush to dry and then be reused. The wrapper extends the useful life of the paint brush.
PAINT IMPLEMENT CLEANING APPARATUS
A paintbrush cleaning apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus includes a vessel that is configured to contain a quantity of a paint solvent within an interior cavity of the vessel. A brush suspension bar is attached to an interior sidewall of the vessel and has a plurality of brush suspension points disposed in a spaced apart relation to suspend a brush end of the paintbrush in the solvent, while maintaining a handle end of the brush in a dry condition above the solvent. The brush suspension points allow the brush to be immersed in the solvent to prevent drying of the paint until the brush can be cleaned. Magnetic retainers are provided to hold or capture fasteners and paint sprayer components.
FOLDING TOOL
Provided is a tool that includes a handle assembly including a top portion and a bottom portion. The tool also includes a lock plate disposed between the top and bottom portions and having a deflectable arm having a free end biased towards the top portion, a fixed end opposite the free end, an inner edge, an outer edge, and a detent near the free end and the inner edge. The tool additionally includes a blade having first and second ends, an indent in a bottom surface of the blade near the first end for engaging the detent in a closed position, and a ramp on the bottom surface near the indent defining a reduced thickness portion of the blade that reduces in thickness from the indent towards an edge of the blade to reduce contact between the detent and the blade during rotation of the blade.
Folding tool
Provided is a tool that includes a handle assembly including a top portion and a bottom portion. The tool also includes a lock plate disposed between the top and bottom portions and having a deflectable arm having a free end biased towards the top portion, a fixed end opposite the free end, an inner edge, an outer edge, and a detent near the free end and the inner edge.
