Modular Palette Grip with Tablet Module
A hand held modular artist palette, which is comprised of plurality of handles and a plurality of tablet modules attached together via fasteners. The problems with prior inventions are that they are uncomfortable to hold and give left and right hand users very few features that improve the use, fit, and function of the palette. This invention improves prior art by providing left and right hand users a controlled universal comfortable fit, varying size mixing surfaces, a place to portion or store paint, and the ability to mix paint on different toned surfaces form varying materials all with one handle. Handles can also differ in size, shape, and function. The handles and tablets can be manufactured from a variety of woods, plastics, glass, etc. to further provide the user longer lasting, higher quality alternative options that make cleaning and mixing more efficient.
Paint maker and mixing device
A mixing and paint-making device and method for making paint are described. Embodiments of the paint-making device include a first and second palette hingedly coupled to a base. The base includes a paint pot shaking component configured to agitate and/or translate a paint pot. The paint pot shaking component includes a series of gears and pistons that interact to produce a shaking motion for a paint pot coupled to the paint pot shaking component. In one embodiment, the paint pot shaking component includes a crank gear adjacent a combination gear that contacts a slide crankshaft. The slide crankshaft is coupled to a slide crank arm that is secured by slide bracket coupled to the base. A paint pot harness holds a paint pot during agitation and moves in an upward and downward motion corresponding to the motion of the slide crank arm.
ADHESIVE AND APPLICATOR HOLDER
An adhesive material holder further being configured to retain applicators thereof for access by a user. The present invention includes an adhesive retention member that includes a first compartment and a second compartment each being annular in shape having an interior volume. The first compartment and second compartment are formed in the upper surface of the adhesive retention member and have an interior volume configured to retain adhesive or a vessel containing adhesive. A brush retention member is provided wherein the brush retention member includes a body having a first end and a second end. The brush retention member includes a plurality of depressions formed in the upper surface thereof. In an alternative embodiment of the present invention the compartments and depressions are formed on a single body member. The present invention is preferably manufactured from silicone.
ARTISTS' BRUSH COVER
An artists' brush storage and protection device includes a storage unit having a plurality of storage compartments, each of the storage compartments including a cover with a paint well below the cover, the paint well defined in part by upstanding walls, an exterior one of the upstanding walls defining a recess with a resilient sealing member disposed therein. Each of the covers may be opened permitting access to the paint well or closed against the upstanding walls of the paint well and the sealing member. The storage unit may further include drawer slides and a palette slidable on the drawer slides relative to the storage unit to reveal or conceal the palette. When bristles of a paint brush are placed in the paint well, its handle rests upon the resilient sealing member which compresses around the handle when the cover is closed to provide a substantially air-tight seal.

SELF-HEATING DEVICE
A self-heating device includes a palette and a stove. The palette includes a stepped portion extending around a planar portion. The stove includes an upper shell connected to a lower shell. The upper shell includes a stepped rim for supporting the stepped portion of the palette. A heater is supported on the stepped rim, below the planar portion of the palette. A heating circuit board is connected to the heater and located in the stepped rim. A button is supported on the upper shell and operable to turn on or off the heating circuit board. A battery is connected to the heating circuit board. A recharging circuit board is connected to the battery. A recharging port is connected to the recharging circuit board, thereby allowing connection of the recharging circuit board to an external power supply via the recharging port.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MAKING ARTWORK USING PAINTING GLOBULES
A method for creating three-dimensional artwork that incorporates dry or wet painting globules. The painting globules are formed from a mixture of oil paint, gel painting medium, and resin glaze medium. The painting globules are formed and rolled into three-dimensional, spherical shapes that can be deposited on a canvas or other surface to form the artwork. The painting globules can be deposited when still wet or when dry so that their position and placement can be manipulated by the artist. The painting globules can be pre-rolled and included in a kit that includes several painting globules having a number of sizes and colors.
