The present invention relates to a paintbrush and paint roller holder for paint buckets/cans/containers. More specifically, the invention relates to a cylindrical or cuboidal body paintbrush holder attached to a generally P-shaped clip, that enables the holder to mount to a rim of a paint bucket. The holder structure enables a user to easily place the paintbrush or the paint roller inside the cavity of cuboidal holder or cylindrical holder respectively. The generally P-shaped clip enables the holder to easily slide around the rim of the paint bucket, to enable the users to quickly and easily access the paintbrush or paint roller kept inside the holder. The paintbrush holder can also include a sleeve for color identification to enable a user to distinguish between different paintbrushes and/or paint container colors.

Example embodiments generally relate to tools employed to apply paint. More specifically, some example embodiments pertain to containers or trays that make paint available for application and provides a means for easy maintenance and clean up of those trays.

An interchangeable painting system is disclosed. The interchangeable painting system includes a painting object including a shaft and at least part of the painting object is configured to apply paint to a surface and a handle including a body with a receptacle that is configured to receive the shaft of the painting object; and a latch attached to the body and configured to reversibly engage the shaft of the painting object such that the painting object is secured to the handle when the latch is in a first position and released from the handle when the latch is in a second position.

An artists' brush storage and protection device includes a storage unit having a plurality of storage compartments, each of the storage compartments including a cover with a paint well below the cover, the paint well defined in part by upstanding walls, an exterior one of the upstanding walls defining a recess with a resilient sealing member disposed therein. Each of the covers may be opened permitting access to the paint well or closed against the upstanding walls of the paint well and the sealing member. The storage unit may further include drawer slides and a palette slidable on the drawer slides relative to the storage unit to reveal or conceal the palette. When bristles of a paint brush are placed in the paint well, its handle rests upon the resilient sealing member which compresses around the handle when the cover is closed to provide a substantially air-tight seal.

The present disclosure relates to a container (1) for mixing paint comprising a paint cup (2) comprising a base portion (3) and sidewall portions (4) enclosing a receptacle volume (5), and having an opening (6) opposite to the base portion(3); a rotatable mixing element (17) disposed in the receptacle volume (5); and a coupling means (19) for operatively connecting the rotatable mixing element (17) to an actuator (30) configured to drive the rotatable mixing element (17). A paint mixing apparatus (26) comprising one or more ports (27) configured to accommodate such paint mixing container (1) and comprising an actuator (30) configured to drive the rotatable mixing element (17) and a process for mixing paint making use of such paint mixing container (1) are also disclosed.

A nesting paint bucket and tray system includes a paint bucket and a paint tray. The paint bucket has a spout extending outwardly from the perimeter of the paint bucket. The paint tray has a spout extending outwardly from the perimeter of the paint tray. The paint tray includes feet that extend along the length of the paint tray, with the feet positioned adjacent the side walls of the paint bucket. The paint bucket includes first and second roll off surfaces while the paint tray includes one paint roll off surface.

The invention relates to an agitating device (1) comprising a stirring shaft (2) that is vertically positionable in a use configuration, a stirring element comprising a circular ring portion (7) partially surrounding the agitating shaft (2), this ring portion, in the use configuration of the shaft (2), being disposed in a plane that is inclined with respect to the shaft (2) and develops around the shaft (2) from the lower end (8) thereof in the direction of the upper end (9) thereof, following an ascending slope, this ring portion (7) being hollow and provided with openings (11) for communicating with the outside and means (4) for connecting the stirring element and the shaft (2). These connecting means (4) comprise at least one arm (12) that is radial to the agitating shaft (2) and connects the lower end (5) of the agitating shaft (2) and the lower end (8) of the stirring element, and extends at least partially in a plane perpendicular to the agitating shaft (2).

A paint delivery tool or paint tray, suitable for use in a paint bucket, includes a paint roller grid mounted to a shelf that includes an auxiliary paint receptacle or cut bucket intended for separate use with a paint brush. The upper shelf includes a semicircular rim and lip for mounting the tool or paint tray to the top of a circular bucket. The paint roller grid extends from an opposite straight edge of the shelf and downward into the paint bucket. A paint roller and a paint brush can then be stored and used separately to reduce waste, messes and clean up. The paint roller grid and the shelf can be an integral one piece member, and they can be joined by a living hinge if molded as a plastic member.
