ERASABLE WATERMEDIA SURFACE SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
Embodiments are described for an erasable watermedia surface assembly and method of use which enables tube-type and pan-type watercolor paint and pigment to be selectively applied and erased both before and after drying. The watermedia surface assembly consists of a tempered hardboard with laminates of water based contact cement and watercolor paper treated with several layers of matte urethane or polycrylic topcoat finish which provides a light-weight assembly for many traditional and also new and unique watercolor techniques, and the easy application of white highlighting onto the painting while wet and also after drying completely, and which is readily erasable using a damp cloth without causing a stain, leaving any residue or damage to the surface.

Wavy canvas frame
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are directed to curvilinear frame that may have canvas applied to the outside to create a 360-degree painting surface. The inventive frame gives a wavy or flowing look and may be painted on all exterior surfaces. The inventive frame utilizes new and improved strength-bearing studs made of a lightweight, sturdy foam being surrounded by a rigid member, typically wood.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ATTACHING AND DETACHING PANELS AND BOARDS TO FIXED SURFACES
A detachable board includes a body, a filling foam, and mounting patches. The body includes a recessed area on the back of the body made by stamping process. The filling foam forms mounting slots with an inner wall and corners of the recessed area rim. During installation, the filling foam and the mounting patches are snuggly fitted in the recessed area. The mounting patch comprises a release film layer, an adhesive layer, and a substrate layer. The substrate layer is in contact with the body of the detachable board, and the adhesive layer is pasted onto a fixed surface for mounting the detachable board onto the fixed surface.

Aqueous binder composition for fibres and fibrous products produced
An aqueous inorganic or hybrid binder composition includes (as % by weight of the solid matter): from 55 to 100% of at least one alkali metal silicate exhibiting an Si/alkali metal weight ratio which varies from 0.3 to 2, from 0 to 35% of at least one plasticizing agent, and from 0 to 10% of one or more additives. Fibrous products can obtained from this composition, in particular based on mineral fibers, such as mats, screens, woven fabrics, in particular painter's canvases, and knitted fabrics.

ARTWORK SUBSTRATES HAVING RAISED OUTER EDGES TO PREVENT CURABLE COATINGS FROM SPILLING OVER OUTER PERIMETERS THEREOF
An artwork system includes a metal substrate having a top surface, a bottom surface, and an outer perimeter. The top surface of the metal substrate is anodized. The outer perimeter of the metal substrate includes a curved outer edge that projects above the top surface of the metal substrate to define a raised rim that extends around the outer perimeter of the metal substrate. The top surface of the metal substrate is covered with artwork such as a painting. A curable, transparent, coating overlies the artwork and the top surface of the metal substrate. The curable transparent coating has an outer perimeter that abuts against the curved outer edge of the metal substrate. The curved outer edge of the substrate has an inner concave surface that faces toward a center of the metal substrate and an outer convex surface that faces away from the center of the metal substrate. The curable, transparent coating has an outer perimeter that abuts against the inner concave surface of the curved outer edge of the metal substrate
