Methods for manufacturing panels and panel obtained thereby
A method may be provided for manufacturing coated panels of the type including at least a substrate and a top layer with a motif. The top layer may be provided on the substrate. The method may involve providing a synthetic material layer on the substrate. A relief may be provided on the surface of said synthetic material layer provided on the substrate. The relief may include a pattern of recesses. The pattern may be at least partially determined by at least one print that is applied by inkjet printing. The relief may be obtained by printing a mask directly on or in the synthetic material layer. After providing the mask, the synthetic material layer may be cured. The mask may provide for selective curing of the synthetic material layer, such that the synthetic material layer is not solidified or solidified at a lesser extent in correspondence of the mask. The not solidified or less solidified portions of the synthetic material layer may be removed by performing a material-removing treatment on the synthetic material layer thereby obtaining the relief.
MACHINE FOR DRY DECORATION OF TILES
A machine for dry decoration of ceramic slabs or tiles, comprising: a support element (10), provided with a plurality of cavities (11) with a pre-established shape; a dispensing device (20), configured to deposit a pre-fixed amount of powder material inside one or more pre-established cavities (11); an unloading device (30), configured to move the cavities (11) from a loading position, in which they can receive the powder material from the dispensing device (20), to an unloading position, in which they can unload the powder material.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING A MATERIAL BOARD
A method for producing a material board, which has a structured, colored surface, assigns image data to a colored digital image of a colored original surface. The image data is used to produce a first image data set and at least one second image data set, which are each assigned to different color channels of the colored digital image. A colored surface is produced on a base carrier using the at least one second image data set but without using the first image data set. The colored surface of the base carrier is pressed by use of a structured pressing surface of a pressing tool, in order to obtain the material board with the structured, colored surface. The structured pressing surface is assigned to the first image data set.

DECORATIVE SHEET AND DECORATIVE MOLDED-RESIN ARTICLE
Provided is a decorative sheet which combines an excellent touch with design attractiveness. The decorative sheet comprises a base layer, a protrusion layer partly disposed, and a first resin layer in this order, in which the first resin layer contains a matting agent and the layer of protrusions contains particles.
DECORATIVE MATERIAL
A decorative material including: a substrate; and a pattern formation layer provided on one surface of the substrate, the pattern formation layer having projections and recesses, wherein the pattern formation layer includes a plurality of areas that are arranged thereon and distinguished by difference in a surface profile, the surface profile of the first area is a rough surface, the surface profile of the second area includes a plurality of aligned projecting lines, the projecting lines each having a width of at least 10 μm and less than 250 μm, a height of more than 3 μm and less than 350 μm, and an interval to a projecting line adjacent thereto of more than 10 μm and less than 160 μm, and the surface profile of the third area is a smooth surface.

COATED PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SUCH PANEL
A method may be provided for manufacturing a panel that may include a substrate and a top layer provided on the substrate. The top layer may have a printed motif and a translucent or transparent synthetic material layer provided above the printed motif. The panel may have a structure or relief at the surface. The method may involve milling profiles into the substrate to obtain mechanical coupling means for coupling together two of the panels. The structure or relief and/or the printed motif may be realized after milling the profiles into the substrate.
