Hubless one-piece wheel and manufacturing method therefor
The present invention relates to a hubless one-piece wheel comprising: a rim; and a disc integrally formed at the rim and formed by low-pressure casting, wherein the disc is a hubless type including a plurality of spokes and a space at the center of the rim. One side of said each spoke is integrally formed at the rim, and a lug hole is formed in the other side of said each spoke for coupling the wheel to a vehicle body. The plurality of spokes are radially arranged inside the rim, and each of the other sides of the spoke locates in the inner center portion of the rim being separated by the space.

Wheel for a Vehicle
A wheel of a vehicle has a rim, a hub portion and at least two spokes connecting the hub portion to the rim. At least one spoke intermediate space between the spokes is at least partially covered by a single-piece cover element. A wing portion of the cover element is deformed axially away from the wheel when heat is supplied. The cover element is connected directly to the wheel, and the single-piece cover element is formed from a single material.

TRIM FOR A RIM OF A WHEEL OF A VEHICLE, IN PARTICULAR A MOTOR VEHICLE, ARRANGEMENT OF SUCH A TRIM ON A RIM FOR A WHEEL OF A VEHICLE, AND VEHICLE
A cover for a rim of a wheel of a vehicle. The cover, with fastening of the cover on the rim, can be arranged in at least partially overlap with a through opening of the rim delimited in the circumferential direction of the rim by respective spokes of the rim, whereby the through opening can be at least partially covered by the cover. The cover is directionally formed and has at least two slats, which delimit at least one channel arranged between the slats, through which air can flow in the installed position of the cover diagonally to a plane extending perpendicularly to the axial direction of the rim. The slats at least partially mutually overlap with respect to the installed position of the cover in the circumferential direction of the rim and along the axial direction of the rim.
Robotic floor cleaning device with expandable wheels
Provided is a wheel including: a main housing with a series of apertures disposed radially thereabout; an inner shaft disposed within the main housing and rotatably coupled thereto; a set of spokes distributed radially around the inner shaft and attached thereto at a first end, each spoke positioned within one of the series of apertures in the main housing; a set of linkages distributed radially around the inner shaft and attached to a second end of the spokes, the linkages positioned within the apertures; and a set of rollers distributed radially around the inner shaft and mounted on the linkages; wherein the spokes, linkages, and rollers can be moved from a first, contracted position, to a second, expanded position.

VEHICLE WHEEL HAVING A HAMMER-DEBOSSED TEXTURE
Wheels for use on vehicles and methods of manufacturing vehicle wheels are described in the present disclosure. According to one embodiment, a method includes a step of manufacturing a wheel that includes a rim, a center disk, and a plurality of spokes. The rim may include a substantially-cylindrical barrel adapted to seal a tubeless tire. The center disk may include a central bore adapted for engagement with an axle of a vehicle. Also, the plurality of spokes may be adapted to connect the center disk to the rim. The method further includes the step of deforming outwardly-facing surfaces of the spokes using one or more hammering or punching instruments.
