TRAVEL SUITCASE
The travel suitcase comprises: at least one container body for containing objects and/or clothes; at least one gripping element that can be grasped by a user for the movement of said suitcase; at least one wheel for pulling the suitcase on the ground, comprising: an external rolling body made of polymeric material and comprising two lateral sides and a joining portion; two annular flanges defining a support seat; wherein the lateral sides comprise two respective ending portions inserted in the support seat and placed in mutual contact to define an air chamber with the joining portion.
BICYCLE DISC WHEEL
A bicycle disc wheel includes two discs respectively formed of two composite material layers with a foam material bonded between the two composite material layers, a wheel frame arranged between the two discs in a concentric manner; and a spoke frame composed of a plurality of I-shaped ribs and sandwiched between the two discs. Each I-shaped rib is composed of a foam material and a composite material cladded on the foam material. Each I-shaped rib has a relatively wider opposite upper and lower sides and a relatively narrower middle section when it is viewed from the cross section, and the relatively wider opposite upper and lower sides of each I-shaped rib are respectively attached to the respective inner side of the two discs.
Removable wheel retainer release assembly
An “L-shaped” bushing assembly having a retainer pin sleeve and axle sleeve. An “L-shaped” retainer pin is fitted to the retainer pin sleeve and provides a handle piece that projects through the walls of the bushing assembly and wheel that is maneuverable to retract and release the retainer pin and wheel from a grooved axle. The L-shaped retainer pin and bias spring are alternatively mounted in single and multi-channel slots to facilitate retainer pin mounting and/or containment of the retainer pin at a storage position. The retainer pin sleeve slots and/or a transverse open slot facilitate cooperation of a wheel removal tool with the retainer pin(s).
BASE STATION FOR A FLOOR PROCESSING DEVICE, DRIVE WHEEL FOR A FLOOR PROCESSING DEVICE AS WELL AS SYSTEM COMPRISED OF A BASE STATION AND A FLOOR PROCESSING DEVICE
A base station performs a service treatment on a floor processing device, wherein the base station has a basic housing with an interface for docking the floor processing device. In order to support docking in a purely mechanical way, the base station has a guide extension arm allocated to the interface and facing away from the basic housing with a predominant longitudinal extension for exclusively mechanically guiding a docking movement of the floor processing device to the interface, wherein an outer contour of the guide extension arm as observed in a vertical top view tapers proceeding from the basic housing up to a free end area of the guide extension arm facing away from the basic housing.
Wheel for use with irrigation equipment
A wheel, typically for use in conjunction with an agricultural irrigation system such as a pivot or wheel line. The wheel has a disc shaped body having a hub to attach to an external frame. The wheel has a plurality of feet attached to the circumference of the body. The feet are generally channel shaped having two ends at either end of the channel. The feet are positioned at the circumference of the body either on the circumference or in indentations or grooves on the circumference such that the ends of the feet overhang the body. Preferably the feet have a space, opening or void between the feet to allow for the passage of snow, mud or other material.
Shock-Tolerant Omni Wheel
An omni-wheel according to the present invention has a continuous axle and roller design enabling robust durability and ease of manufacturing. The omni-wheel hub is designed to be injection moldable in two halves which constrain the continuous axle or be 3D printed as one piece with integral rollers and continuous axle which controllably deform to reduce vibration and under sudden physical shock, deform to protect structural integrity.
Method of forming non-pneumatic tire using support structure deformation
A method of forming a non-pneumatic tire is provided that includes the steps of providing an outer shear band ring (56) and an intermediate section (14) that has a supporting structure (16). The intermediate section (14) is collapsed from an uncollapsed state to a collapsed state. The intermediate section in the collapsed state is inserted inside of the outer shear band ring such that the outer shear band ring is located outward from the intermediate section in a radial direction of the tire. Compression of the intermediate section (14) is released when the intermediate section (14) is inside of the outer shear band ring (56) so that the intermediate section returns to the uncollapsed state from the collapsed state. In one embodiment, the compressing step of the intermediate section (14) is performed by a compression device (68) that has a plurality of gripping members.
Wheel adapter to convert a storage container to a wheeled storage container
A wheel adapter to convert a storage container to a wheeled storage container is provided. The wheel adapter comprises a mounting bracket attachable to the storage container. The mounting bracket comprises a first leg configured to engage a bottom surface of the storage container, and a second leg configured to engage a side surface of the storage container. The second leg comprises a wheel coupling. The wheel adapter also includes a wheel rotatably connected to the wheel coupling. The wheel is constructed and arranged for rotation about an axis to provide rolling support of the storage container on the ground.
Moveable and storable wardrobe
A wardrobe capable of being moved into and out of a hotel room, and into and out of a storage room, is disclosed. The wardrobe comprises a top, a bottom, two side walls, a back, and four wheels along the bottom, where the wardrobe would otherwise touch the floor. The wheels can optionally be lockable wheels. The wardrobe also includes a means for attachment to one or more walls in a room in which the wardrobe will be used. Suitable means for attachment include holes through which pins can be inserted, pins which fit into holes in a wall, Velcro or other hook and loop attachments, straps, ropes, magnets, clips, cotter pins, and the like. The wardrobe can optionally include one or more additional elements, including one or more doors, one or more drawers, shelves, closet rods, tie/belt racks, mirrors, cubby holes, a cover for the wheels, a safe, and crown, chair, and/or base molding.
Compact storage rack system
A compact storage rack system is disclosed. In an example implementation, the compact storage rack system includes a track assembly and a movable shelving assembly including a first set of wheels transitionally connected to the track assembly. The first set of wheels can transition along the track assembly between a first position corresponding to a retracted position and a second position corresponding to an extended position.
