MULTI-PART VEHICLE WHEEL WITH A SEAL
A vehicle wheel includes a wheel disk, a wheel rim, and at least one connection element that connects the wheel disk to the wheel rim. The connection element is guided through a passage in the wheel rim and is joined in the wheel disk. A seal is provided to hermetically seal the passage of the wheel rim. One or more such seal is arranged between a connection region of the wheel disk and a connection region of the wheel rim, wherein the seal surrounds the connection element in a contact-free manner.

REVERSIBLE MULTI-PIECE WHEELS FOR DIRECTIONAL TIRES
The technology provides a multi-piece wheel for a vehicle that is disassembled to laterally rotate directional tires without needing to dismount a tire from a rim. The multi-piece wheel includes a rim housing with threaded apertures provided at side edges proximate to an outboard flange and an inboard flange. The multi-piece wheel includes a face that is removably coupled to the rim housing, the face having a bore that centers the face on an axle hub, a disk that is concentric with the bore; and spokes that are mechanically coupled to the disk and extend outwardly therefrom, the spokes having apertures at an end opposite to the disk that align with the threaded apertures in the rim housing. The multi-piece wheel further includes a fastener that releasably couples the face and the rim housing and a secondary fastening mechanism that mechanically engages the spokes and the rim housing.
WHEEL DISC MANUFACTURING METHOD AND WHEEL DISC
A manufacturing method for a wheel disc, includes forming a flange portion, wherein the flange portion is formed such that an inner mold and an outer mold having a cylindrical inner surface with a first inside radius larger than the first outside radius and placed above the inner mold coaxially to the inner mold are brought close relative to each other in an axial direction by one stroke so that the outer edge of the disc material is bent downward, and the cylindrical inner surface of the outer mold is provided with recessed portions hollowed outwardly in a wheel radial direction, the recessed portions being formed in ranges corresponding to the window portions in the wheel circumferential direction and in a range from a middle position to a bottom end in the wheel axial direction.

Combined wheel
A combined wheel includes spokes, steel bushings, a rim, a metal frame, a brake disc and pins. In use, the steel bushings are installed in grooves of the spokes; the spokes are placed so that the clamping grooves are matched with the connecting blocks; the pins are installed into holes of the spokes and the connecting blocks; the metal frame is matched with the backs of the spokes; the screws I connect the metal frame, the connecting blocks and the spokes together and are matched with the steel bushings; and the brake disc is connected to the metal frame by screws II. In the combined wheel, the radial force and the axial force generated in the running process of the wheel can be counteracted on the spokes; and the brake disc brakes from the inside, thereby increasing the brake radius and reducing the clamping force required when braking.
Vehicle wheel
A vehicle wheel includes a rim having an inner peripheral surface, and a center disc. The center disc includes a disc portion, and an arm plate portion extending radially outward from the disc portion. The arm plate portion includes an outer boundary defined by a plurality of arc outer peripheral surfaces and a plurality of concave boundary surfaces. The plurality of arc outer peripheral surfaces have a radius equal to a radius of the inner peripheral surface of the rim. The plurality of arc outer peripheral surfaces are joined to the inner peripheral surface of the rim at a weld attachment interface to produce a plurality of holes defined by the plurality of concave boundary surfaces and the inner peripheral surface of the rim.
