HUB CAP ASSEMBLY
A hub cap assembly includes a disc having a top surface and a bottom surface. A rim extends from the bottom surface. The hub cap assembly also includes at least one tire stem port disposed on the disc. Moreover, the rim comprises a cavity that receives balance media. In some embodiments, the hub cap assembly further comprises cooling fins, e.g., disposed about a circumference of the top surface. The cooling fins can direct cooling air to a corresponding tire, e.g., to cool a bead of the tire.
FASTENER RETAINER
A fastener retainer includes at least one fastener cap and a hub. Each fastener cap can include a stop channel that encircles a bottom portion of a housing of the fastener cap, a base with cog members that encircle the housing, or a combination thereof. The hub has at least one port therein, where each port is associated with a corresponding fastener cap. At least one locking member is positioned on the hub. For instance, a locking member can be provided adjacent to each port. In use, each locking member constrains radial movement of a corresponding fastener cap inserted into the associated port, by disposing a projecting member into a space between adjacent cog members on the base of the corresponding fastener cap.

VEHICLE WHEEL HAVING A HAMMER-DEBOSSED TEXTURE
Wheels for use on vehicles and methods of manufacturing vehicle wheels are described in the present disclosure. According to one embodiment, a method includes a step of manufacturing a wheel that includes a rim, a center disk, and a plurality of spokes. The rim may include a substantially-cylindrical barrel adapted to seal a tubeless tire. The center disk may include a central bore adapted for engagement with an axle of a vehicle. Also, the plurality of spokes may be adapted to connect the center disk to the rim. The method further includes the step of deforming outwardly-facing surfaces of the spokes using one or more hammering or punching instruments.
Hub cap systems and methods for vehicle wheels
A wheel hub assembly adapted to be connected to a wheel assembly comprising a wheel rim defining a mounting portion comprises a retaining ring, a hub cap, and at least one retaining bolt. The retaining ring defines a first clamp portion. The hub cap defines a second clamp portion. The at least one retaining bolt is adapted to secure the hub cap relative to the retaining ring such that the mounting portion of the wheel rim is between the first clamp portion and the second clamp portion.

A method for producing a product (200, 300, 400) comprising a composite fiber part (202, 402) and a second part (201, 401), wherein the second part (201, 401) comprises a carrier part (203, 403), wherein the carrier part (203, 403) is a replica of a press tool (301a, 301b) configured to be heated and to apply a pressure, comprising the steps of: applying (101), in a non-cured state, the composite fiber part (202, 402) on the carrier part (203, 403); arranging (103) the carrier part (203, 403) comprising the composite fiber part (202, 402) on the press tool (301a, 301b); curing (104a) the composite fiber part (202, 402) on the carrier part (203, 403); and removing (105) the product (200, 300, 400) from the press tool (301a, 301b), wherein after removal from the press tool (301a, 301b) the composite fiber part (202, 402) and the carrier part (203, 403) constitutes together at least a part of the finished product (200, 300, 400). Also disclosed is a composite fiber product comprising a composite fiber part and a second part.
