A wheel assembly for a model vehicle is provided. The wheel assembly may include a wheel base configured for mounting an R/C vehicle tire and a colored trim piece provided on a facing surface of the wheel base. In addition, the wheel assembly may include a wheel face configured to allow portions of the colored trim piece to be visible when the wheel face is attached to the wheel base. The wheel assembly may also include a hub cap assembly that comprises a hub cap and a retainer. Wherein the hub cap assembly is removably secured against the wheel base via the retainer.

A wheel hub assembly for mounting on an upright of a vehicle has a flanged outer ring provided with a tubular mounting portion inserted over a first axial length (L1) inside a seat of the upright; and a plastic cover having a mounting portion which is also engaged inside the tubular portion, wherein the mounting portion extends outside the tubular portion over a second axial length (L2) which, together with the first axial length (L1), covers less than a mounting length (L) inside the seat.

A wheel hub assembly assembly having a central axis (X) and covers therefore. An outer ring provided with a tubular mounting portion, and a cover having a keying portion which is inserted inside the tubular mounting portion. The cover is made of plastic material, the keying portion comprises an annular seat made of plastic and a sealing element made of rubbery elastic material. A vehicle wheel overlay attachment system disclosed herein provides for wheel overlays, or wheel skins, that are readily installable over existing wheels by securing directly to a wheel center cap. The center cap is adapted to be inserted into the center hub portion of the wheel, much like a traditional center cap, but also contains a system for securing a wheel overlay to the center cap. When properly installed on the center cap, the wheel overlay will be snugly positioned over the wheel thereby changing the appearance of the vehicle wheel.

A wheel end temperature monitoring system, includes: a wheel end temperature sensor configured to detect the temperature of a hub bearing of a wheel of a trailer; and a main unit configured to receive a signal of the wheel end temperature sensor and transmit the received signal to the outside.

An automobile wheel having a hub and a cap assembly configured to removably attach to the hub is provided herein. The cap assembly includes a base component, a lug hole cover, and a center cap. The base component is removably coupled to the hub, and includes a cylindrical portion with an outer threaded surface that extends outward from the hub when the base component is coupled to the hub. The lug hole cover removably fits over the cylindrical portion of the base component to cover the plurality of lug hole openings of the hub. Additionally, the center cap is removably coupled to the base component and retain the lug hole cover against the hub.

A bicycle wheel rim includes a rim having a hollow inner part and an outer part which is integrally formed with the inner part. An opening is defined in radial direction of the outer part. A connection unit is formed in the outer part and includes two seats located at an inner bottom of the opening, and two sidewalls extending from the two seats. Two engaging portions are respectively formed on the two seats and located apart from each other. The sidewalls have better strength and protect the sidewalls of the tire from being deformed.

The invention also provides a user to replace their existing tire rims with the inventive customized vehicle rim having, and using a customized or a personalized logo. A line of specially designed tire rims that are adorned with a variety of striking designs, sporting logos germane to sports, businesses, and popular culture, is also disclosed. The invention also provides an inventive design which is intended to provide automobile enthusiasts with an attractive alternative to ordinary tire rims.
