Aircraft Wheel & Bearing Protectors with Integrated Internal Protection Protrusion and Fastening Member Guide
An aircraft wheel hub protector is adapted to engage an aircraft wheel including an aircraft tire on a rim. The aircraft wheel hub protector having two or more cover sections with one or more protective protrusions. The one or more protrusions retain one or more bearing races in a support section of the hub and protect an internal surface within an axle void within the hub of the rim of the aircraft wheel. The second cover section is engaged with an opposed side of the aircraft wheel from the first cover section. A coupling mechanism is provided on or engaging the at least one protective protrusion and coupling the first cover section and second cover section together, thereby securing the aircraft wheel hub protector to the aircraft wheel and retaining the at least one bearing race.
Skateboard with removable hub
A skateboard with a removable hub that can be attached and detached from a wheel of a skateboard, comprising a skateboard deck rollably supported by one or more wheels and attached to the wheels via one or more trucks, with each hub removably attached to the wheel with a key.
Rim Protector
A rim protector. The rim protector includes a planar cover having a first side, a second side, and a circular perimeter edge. A handle is disposed on the first side of the cover. A lip is disposed along the perimeter edge on the second side of the cover and extends outwardly therefrom. The lip is configured to rest on the edge of a wheel rim such that the cover shrouds the outward facing side of the wheel rim. The rim protector prevents cleaning solution or other chemicals from contacting the wheel rim when a tire is being cleaned, and further prevents dust accumulation on the wheel rim when a vehicle is in storage for extended periods.
Wheel for a vehicle
A wheel (1) for a vehicle and a related method for manufacturing the wheel includes a rim (2) and a wheel center (3). The wheel center includes several spokes (4) extending from a hub (5), with a center opening (6), radially outwards to the rim (2). The hub (5) is made from a fiber-reinforced plastic material and is covered on the outboard side from a three-dimensionally shaped support cover (7) made from metallic material.

Dual tire shield and runflat
The Dual Tire Shield of the invention mounts between dual tires and helps to prevent debris from getting into the gap between dual tires and/or damaging the tires when it does so. In some embodiments it can also serve as a runflat for dual tires. Debris can become wedged between the sidewalls of dual tires that face each other, or inner sidewalls of such tires. The dual tire shield prevents debris from getting stuck between the inner sidewalls of the dual tires and thereby prevents flats caused by sidewall puncture or bead de-seating due to such debris. The device accomplishes this by: Blocking debris from entering the gap between duals and/or prevent debris from being wedged in the gap; keeping such debris from contact with one or both of the tires even if wedged therebetween; and/or ejecting debris from between the tires. Further, the dual tire shield may be made rigid enough and/or include rigid portions so as to act as a runflat in case a tire goes flat regardless of the reason.

HUBCAP FOR VEHICLE WHEELS
The hubcap for vehicle wheels comprises a disk (1), a ring (2) to secure the hubcap to said rim of the vehicle wheel and a plurality of securing modules (3) for securing the ring (2) to said disk (1), each of said securing modules (3) comprising at least a first securing element (5) which is coupled to said ring (2); characterized in that each securing module (3) also comprises a positioner (8), such that the ring (2) is retained between the first securing element (5) and the positioner (8) in its position of use, said first securing element (5) and said positioner (8) defining a lodging for said ring (2) before placing it in its position of use.
It enables simpler placement of the ring, which can be carried out by applying pressure solely in the axial direction.
