A wheel assembly including a wheel and a wheel clad. The wheel includes a wheel outer rim portion, a wheel inner hub portion adapted to receive an axle therethrough, and a plurality of wheel spokes extending radially between the wheel outer rim portion and the wheel inner hub portion. The wheel has an outer surface having a plurality of wheel turbine openings therein. The wheel turbine openings have a first area. The wheel clad includes a clad outer rim portion axially aligned with at least a portion of the wheel outer rim portion, a clad inner hub portion axially aligned with at least a portion of the wheel inner hub portion, and a plurality of clad spokes extending radially between the clad outer rim portion and clad inner hub portion. The clad has a plurality of clad turbine openings each having a second area. The second area is substantially less than the first area. The clad/wheel assembly has a drag coefficient of substantially less than that of the wheel by itself.

Vehicle wheel having a decorative member attached to a base wheel and method of manufacture
A method for manufacturing and attaching a novel vehicle wheel generally comprising a decorative member that is attached to a base wheel. In one non-limiting embodiment, a plurality of mounting apertures are provided on the base wheel that is secured to the vehicle axis/hub. The decorative member is provided with corresponding apertures that are aligned with the mounting holes of the base wheel. Bolt member, preferably hexagonal bolts are then inserted/threaded through the aligned apertures for securing the decorative member to the base wheel. A novel manufacturing method is also disclosed for manufacturing the base wheel and decorative attachment.

Cover for vehicle wheels
The cover for vehicle wheels comprises fixing means which allow said cover to be fixed to a rim of a tire and is characterized in that said fixing means comprise a plurality of protrusions, each one of which is associated with a fixing element, each fixing element preferably being housed in the interior of one of said protrusions. It allows mounting/removal (under pressure) of the plastic covers from the frontal part of the tire facilitating, to a large extent, the personalization of the wheel, after the sale of the vehicle, by means of simply interchanging the plastic covers by the end user and/or car dealership.
A DEVICE FOR ATTACHMENT TO A SPOKED BICYCLE WHEEL
A device (10) for attachment to a spoked bicycle wheel (not shown, comprises a central section (11) locatable around the wheel hub (not shown), and a plurality of elongate members (12, 13, 14, 15, 21) attachable to the central section (11). When attached to the central section (11), the elongate members (12, 13, 14, 15, 21) are radially and equidistantly disposed thereabout. The length of the and each elongate member (12, 13, 14, 15, 21) is adjustable, if required, such that, in use, the elongate members (12, 13, 14, 15, 21) extend from the central section (11) to the rim of the wheel (not shown).
