Hub unit bearing
To obtain a structure wherein water having entered the gap between the bottom surface of an annular groove in a rotation-side flange and the inside surface in the axial direction of the brake rotor can be easily drained to the outer space. The outer diameter DO of the annular groove 15 is larger than the diameter DDI of the inscribed circle of the opening portion outside in the axial direction of the water drain holes 17a and is smaller than the diameter DDO of the circumscribed circle of the opening portion outside in the axial direction of the water drain holes 17a.
CLUTCH TYPE DRIVING WHEEL OF ELECTRIC SCOOTER
Provided is a clutch type driving wheel of an electric scooter. The clutch type driving wheel of the electric scooter includes a wheel body and a power shaft penetrating through the center of the wheel body, wherein a motor power input structure is arranged at one end of the power shaft, a central supporting shaft penetrates through the power shaft, a controlled clutch structure enabling the wheel body to be circumferentially positioned relative to the power shaft or enabling the wheel body to circumferentially rotate relative to the power shaft when the controlled clutch structure acts is arranged between the power shaft and the wheel body, and a clutch state locking structure is arranged on the controlled clutch structure. According to the clutch type driving wheel of the electric scooter, the clutch state locking structure is arranged between the power shaft and the wheel body. It is ensured that when the power shaft and the wheel body are in a transmission connection state or a mutual separation state, the state stability can be maintained.
Omni-track systems for wheels
An omni-track system for mounting onto a wheel may include a plurality of track segments. Each of the plurality of track segments may include a male connector, a female connector, a roller mount, and at least one roller. The female connector may be arranged opposite the male connector. The roller mount may be fixedly secured to the track segment. The at least one roller may be rotatably secured to the roller mount. The plurality of track segments may be linked together to fully encompass an outer circumference of the wheel.
Modular integrated tire inflation hub system and device
The present disclosure relates a device that includes a rotary union body. Included with the rotary union body is a circumferential air channel, a seal channel, and an intake air channel. The intake air channel is connected to the circumferential air channel. Also disclosed is a hub assembly system that includes a hub and a rotary union body. Included with the rotary union body is a circumferential air channel, a seal channel and an intake air channel. Here the intake air channel is connected to the circumferential air channel.
Suspension unit for a vehicle
In a vehicle suspension assembly (1), a connection system (4) between a hub bearing unit (2) and a suspension upright or knuckle (3), including: a radially outer lateral cylindrical surface (16) of a radially outer ring or element (6) of the hub bearing unit, configured for interference coupling with a radially inner lateral cylindrical surface (18) of a reception seat (5) of the suspension upright or knuckle; a pair of, or three, lugs (19) that protrude radially in cantilever fashion from the radially outer ring or element of the hub bearing unit, each being provided with an axial through hole (21); a frontal surface (23) of the suspension upright or knuckle, configured for receiving the lugs (19) in axial abutment; and screws (24) fitted in a through manner through the axial holes of the lugs and screwed into respective threaded holes (25) formed in the suspension upright or knuckle, on the frontal surface (23).
Hub motor assembly
A hub motor assembly includes a hub axle, a hub shell, a motor unit, a cycloidal speed reducer, and a one-way clutch unit. When an output shaft of the motor unit rotates in a first direction about an axial line, a cycloidal wheel of the cycloidal speed reducer is driven to produce an eccentric cycloidal motion relative to the axial line, to thereby drive rotation of the hub shell in the first direction. When the output shaft rotates in a second direction opposite to the first direction, the hub shell is prevented from rotating with the output shaft.
Bicycle hub unit
A bicycle hub unit configured to be stably coupled to a frame of a bicycle includes a hub axle and a rotation restriction member. The hub axle is configured to be coupled to the frame of the bicycle. The rotation restriction member is configured to couple the hub axle to the frame so that rotation relative to the hub axle and the frame is restricted. At least one of the hub axle and the rotation restriction member has a cable guide structure configured to guide a cable, which electrically connects an electric component and an electronic component, in a region including the rotation restriction member in an axial direction parallel to a center longitudinal axis of the hub axle.
An Energy Transfer System
The present invention relates to an energy transfer system, in particular in the form of an energy efficient wheel for use with a vehicle such as a bicycle, which energy transfer system is operable to convert potential energy in the form of the load applied by the weight of the person on the vehicle into kinetic energy in the form of driving torque applied to the wheel, the system including an inner hub and an outer hub eccentrically coupled to the inner hub, in addition to a rim connected to the outer hub via an array of spokes, wherein an actuator comprising a pair of flanges extends radially outwardly from the inner hub and an array of lever arms are hingedly mounted to the outer hub and engaged by the actuator such as to be hingedly displaceable by the actuator in response to relative movement between the inner and outer hubs, and a spring captured between each lever arm and one of the spokes.
ROLLING BEARING UNIT
A rolling bearing unit includes: an inner ring member having a recess on a first side in an axial direction along a rotation axis, which is recessed toward a second side in the axial direction; an outer ring member on an outer peripheral side of the inner ring member; a rolling body between the inner ring member and the outer ring member; a non-contact transmitter using electric field coupling capable of transmitting at least one of an electric power or a signal and including a stationary-side transmission part including a stationary-side electrode and a rotary-side transmission part including a rotary-side electrode facing the stationary-side electrode; and a covering member supported by the first side of the outer ring member in the axial direction, covering the first side of the inner ring member in the axial direction, and fixing the stationary-side transmission part to the first side in the axial direction.
