A cart is disclosed having a rigid base with a plurality of cutouts, bottom and top sides, and at least one peripheral edge. The bottom side has at least one removable, lockable caster at each bottom side corner. The cart has a rigid cradle with bottom, back, and top sides, and at least one peripheral edge. The opposing sides of the top side have horizontal rollers mounted on flanges. The cradle has a handle, tool hooks, a lug nut tray, and a wheel retainer. An actuating lift coupled between and centered on the base top and cradle bottom is movable between a lowered position and a raised position. The base has an elevated portion and is switchable between raised and lowered configurations, setting the cradle's maximum height, by removing the casters and decoupling the lift from the base; flipping over the base; reattaching the casters; and recoupling the lift.

A wheeled cabinet includes a container including compartments, a rear handle, drawers, and a storage between the drawers and a base; a pneumatic assembly including an inlet, connectors, a pneumatic cylinder on the base, a piston rod configured to move alternately upward and downward relative to the cylinder, and a controller for activating the cylinder; a lifting assembly including two opposite rails upwardly disposed on two sides of the base respectively, and an inverted U-shaped frame member slidably disposed on the rails and having an underside of a top secured to the piston rod; and a tire support assembly including a support secured to the frame member, two slides on two sides of the support respectively, a sliding tray secured to the slides, a slot on an inner surface of the tray, a moveable tab in the slot, and two rollers on two sides of the tray respectively.

Motorcycle wheel ramp

A wheel ramp is provided for use with a motorcycle stand. The wheel ramp includes a pair of side plates, each of which has a first side end and a second side end distal thereto. At least one of the side plates has a curved end about the first side end to secure onto a portion of the motorcycle stand. The wheel ramp includes a top plate secured between the pair of side plates and an adjustable height mechanism configured to adjust the height of the second end of the side plates and thus adjust the height of the top plate about the second end. The top plate when moved under the wheel of the motorcycle is movable to engage and lift the wheel of the motorcycle into and out of engagement with the motorcycle.

LOCKING TURNPLATE
20240375922 · 2024-11-14 ·

According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a locking turnplate includes a cylinder body having a cylinder chamber. A piston is received in the cylinder chamber and a mid-plate is disposed above the cylinder chamber of the cylinder body. A top plate is supported above the mid-plate by a bearing assembly including a plurality of spaced ball bearings. A bushing is fixedly attached to the top plate and extends through an aperture in the mid-plate. The bushing includes a flange that engages a bottom shoulder of an aperture of the cylinder body, wherein applying a pressure to the cylinder chamber presses the piston toward the mid plate and causes the cylinder body to pull downward on the bushing and the top plate in order to compress the ball bearings and prevent the top plate from moving relative to the mid plate.

System and Method for Wheel Replacement in a Vehicle
20240367459 · 2024-11-07 · ·

In a system and method for replacing a vehicle wheel an electric motor with a drive shaft is concentrically connected to a first gear. The first gear may connect to a symmetrical bolt locking gear array having several bolt locking gears arranged such that each bolt locking gear rotates in the same direction that the first gear rotates. Each bolt locking gear may have a cylindrical hole at its center. The cylindrical hole may be outlined with an inner spiral thread, which connects to a set of power bolts that are outlined in an outer spiral thread which interlocks with the inner spiral thread. A power jack system having a plurality of extendable and collapsible bases is provided in the undercarriage of the vehicle to raise and lower the vehicle. An app running on a mobile device may control the raising/lowering of the vehicle and tightening/loosening of the power bolts.

Wheel Centering Sleeve

A corrosion-resistant wheel centering sleeve is provided to aid in centering a wheel about a wheel hub. The wheel centering sleeves have an adjustable thickness in order to coordinate with various-sized gap spaces in the wheel hole between the wheel and the stud.

Method for separating dual wheels
09868321 · 2018-01-16 · ·

A method for removing a dual wheel from a primary wheel of a dual wheel assembly. The dual wheel is secured to the primary wheel while forming a gap between a periphery of the dual wheel and a periphery of the primary wheel. The dual wheel and the primary wheel each may have a tire mounted thereon, with the dual wheel assembly being carried on an axle. The method comprising inserting an uninflated, high pressure airbag at least partially into the gap between the dual wheel and said primary wheel; inflating the high pressure airbag to expand the gap between the dual wheel and the primary wheel so as to separate the dual wheel and the primary wheel; and finally, removing the dual wheel from the primary wheel. Likewise, a similar method can be used to remove a wheel from an axel, the wheel being carried on and secured to the axel while forming a gap between a periphery of the wheel and a periphery of the axel.
