Device for transferring vehicle wheels
In a device for transferring vehicle wheels, an individual vehicle wheel can be gripped by a gripping module having at least one gripping unit which is supported by a frame structure and includes multiple pressing elements that can be pressed against one or more mating surfaces of an individual vehicle wheel. A first gripping module and a second gripping module are mounted on a common rigid support structure which can be rotated about a main axis of rotation by a rotating mechanism. Furthermore, the pressing elements move with a movement component running parallel to the main axis of rotation.
Systems and methods for controlling wheel motion during a collision
Systems and methods for controlling wheel motion during a collision are provided. A retaining member may be connectable between a vehicle frame and a wheel assembly to control motion of the wheel assembly during a collision of a vehicle with an object. The retaining member may include one or more of a first attachment point connecting the retaining member to the vehicle frame, a second attachment point connecting the retaining member to the wheel assembly, a retaining member routing, and/or one or more break-away connections attaching the retaining member to the vehicle frame and/or to the wheel assembly. The first and second attachment points, retaining member routing, and/or break-away connections may be selected to control motion of the wheel assembly within a preferred path to control loading between the object and the vehicle.

Wheel holding device
A holding device includes a pair of holding members positioned to be spaced apart from each other in a first direction, and a moving part that moves at least one of the pair of holding members to change a distance between the pair of holding members in the first direction. Each of the holding members is formed with a support face that supports the flange of the wheel, and an engaging portion that is located on an end portion side that is on an opposite side from the other holding member, and is able to engage with the flange of the wheel supported by the support face, from the radially outer side of the wheel. The installation space for a tire mounted on a wheel on the radially outer side of a flange of the wheel is prevented from varying due to the magnitude of the diameter of the wheel.

Wheel flange plane cleaning device
A wheel flange plane cleaning device, in which three second cylinders drive respective first pressure blocks to extend to contact the rim of a wheel, then stepped limit rings, second cylinders and first pressure blocks position and clamp the wheel in the centers of end face support plates, the output end of a fourth cylinder drives a lifting plate, a servo motor and a brush plate to extend to the positions where a brush is in firm contact with the flange plane of the wheel, the output end of the servo motor drives the brush and the brush plate to rotate at a certain speed, the servo motor stops rotating after a period of time, and the three second cylinders drive the respective first pressure blocks to contract to the positions where the wheel can be freely pulled up wherein the fourth cylinder is a hydraulic cylinder.
Device for clamping a rim of a vehicle wheel
In a device (1) for clamping a rim (2) of a vehicle wheel, at least four clamping elements (3) are provided which can be moved with respect to the rim (2) and comprise clamping arms (5) and support elements (7) having support surfaces (6). A rim flange of the rim (2) can be placed on the support surfaces. The clamping arms (5) are rotatably mounted, about their longitudinal axis, in the clamping elements (3), and have clamping fingers (8) at the end that protrude beyond the support surfaces (6), which fingers have clamping surfaces which can be brought into clamping contact with the placeable rim flange.
APPARATUS FOR ATTACHING OR DETACHING COMMERCIAL VEHICLE TIRE HUB DRUM
The present invention relates to an apparatus for attaching or detaching a commercial vehicle tire hub drum. According to the present invention, the apparatus for attaching or detaching a commercial vehicle tire hub drum may comprise: a main body frame 100 having traveling wheels 110 mounted on a lower part thereof; a holding means 200 formed so as to face forward from the main body frame 100 for holding upright a circular load mounted on a commercial vehicle; an attachment/detachment means 300 for executing an attachment/detachment operation of the load from above the holding means 200; and a position adjustment device 400 coupled to the main body frame 100 to adjust the position of the holding means 200 and the attachment/detachment means 300. Accordingly, the present invention provides an apparatus for attaching or detaching a commercial vehicle tire hub drum, which, by using a hydraulic device providing a hydraulic driving force, can conveniently attach or detach a load of various sizes to a vehicle from a fixed position while simultaneously adjusting the vertical position of a load-holding means.
Tooling for wheel spraying reinforcement
A tooling for wheel spraying reinforcement can uniformly apply a hard coating on the inner rim and the spoke back cavity of a wheel, and can effectively solve the technical problems of uneven spraying and poor roundness. The high-precision spraying of the hard coating of the wheel is realized, and the device has novel structure, advanced technology and high universality.
Robotic wheel gripper with a TPM sensor
