The axle and wheel end assembly also includes a spindle with an annular end surface welded to the annular end surface of the tubular axle housing at an attachment periphery. The axle and wheel end assembly further includes reinforcing structure fixed to the tubular axle housing and spindle. The reinforcing structure is located to encompass at least a portion of the attachment periphery.

The center of gravity of at least one of the chassis, the body assembly, the pump, and the water tank are positioned to counterbalance a moment generated by a tip load with the ladder assembly extended to the horizontal reach of at least 90 feet.

The inner-C-forging is provided with a first angle adjustment structure, the axle tube is provided with a second angle adjustment structure. The mounting apparatus is disposed on the axle tube, and capable of cooperating with the inner-C-forging to fix the inner-C-forging to the axle tube. The first angle adjustment structure and the second angle adjustment structure have different cooperation positions such that the inner-C-forging has different installation angles relative to the axle tube. A vehicle is also provided.

FLOATING DEVICE FOR AERIAL WORK PLATFORM
A floating device for an aerial work platform, comprising a pressure oil source (100), a controller (200), a left floating device, and a right floating device, a chassis (700), and a swing axle (600). The left floating device comprises a left hydraulic cylinder (300), a left balance valve (310), and a left locking device; the right floating device comprises a right hydraulic cylinder (400), a right balance valve (410), and a right locking device; one end of the left hydraulic cylinder (300) and one end of the right hydraulic cylinder (400) are hinged on the chassis (700); the swing axle (600) is hinged with the chassis (700); the other end of the left hydraulic cylinder (300) and the other end of the right hydraulic cylinder (400) are hinged on two opposite ends of the swing axle (600); and the left locking device and the right locking device constitute second-level locking of the left hydraulic cylinder (300) and the right hydraulic cylinder (400), thereby ensuring that the aerial work platform will not tip over due to the sliding of the hydraulic cylinders.

Provided herein is an auxiliary hybrid system (AHS) that may be configured to provide electrical propulsion to vehicle or increase range to electric vehicles. In some embodiments, a system is disclosed including: at least one energy storage device configured to store power for a vehicle having at least one differential pinion and at least one axle tube; at least one power conversion device; at least one power conversion controller configured to regulate power flow between the at least one energy storage device and the at least one power conversion device; an input device configured to receive input from a user and configured to translate the input into instructions for the power conversion controller; and a drivetrain configured to transmit power between the at least one power conversion device and the vehicle's at least one differential pinion and configured to connect to the vehicle's axle tube.
MOTOR VEHICLE AXLE
An axle for a vehicle, wherein the axle includes a transverse axle portion having a longitudinal end. The axle including a first axle portion connecting the transverse portion to a chassis of the vehicle and a second axle portion connecting the transverse portion to a wheel carrier for supporting a vehicle wheel. A vibration damper is arranged in a receiver in one of the axle portions.
