SNOWBLOWER WHEEL ATTACHMENT
A method to elevate a snowblower that includes the steps of: assembling a wheelbase, wherein said wheelbase includes a first wheel and a second wheel placed on a horizontal axle and a vertical post extending therefrom; inserting bolts through a mounting platform attached to the vertical post; and securing the bolts to a forward underside of the snowblower. During use of the snowblower, a user removes the bolts and wheelbase. The present invention further relates to a removable wheelbase that includes: a horizontal axle; a first wheel and a second wheel on the horizontal axle; a vertical post extending from the horizontal axle; a mounting platform at the top of the vertical post; and an attachment means inserted through the mounting platform. The mounting platform may further include a first mounting pad and a second mounting pad.
Roll-off tub style container with improved roll-off wheel assemblies
A roll-off tub style container for transporting materials with the container including first and second roll-off roller assemblies secured to the rearward end of the container. In one embodiment, the conventional steel rollers of the roll-off roller assemblies are replaced with plastic rollers. In a second embodiment, rubber tires are mounted on the steel rollers. In a third embodiment, plastic slide members are secured to the underside of the frame members of the container at the forward ends of the frame members. The three embodiments are designed to prevent damage to a driveway or the like during the on-loaded of the container onto a truck and during the unloading of the container from the truck.
Occluded sleeve assemblies
A hub assembly includes a retainer housing, a retaining member, a biasing element, and an occlusion. The retainer housing includes a wheel mounting sleeve and a pin sleeve. The wheel mounting sleeve includes an axle bore configured to receive an axle. The pin sleeve has a first end and a second end. The pin sleeve includes a conduit between the first end and the second end. The first end is in fluid communication with the axle bore. The retaining member and the biasing element are in the conduit. The retaining member is configured to engage a groove in an axle. The biasing element is configured to bias the retaining member towards the axle bore. The occlusion is proximate to the second end of the pin sleeve. The occlusion is configured to inhibit the retaining member from exiting the conduit at least prior to coupling the hub assembly to a wheel.
Soft-sided container wheel assembly
A soft sided container with a wheel assembly securable to the sidewalls of the container. The wheel assembly is formed from a cage bearing rotatably coupled to a hub. The hub, formed integral with a base plate, engages an internally positioned mounting plate, eliminating the need for a cross axle. The use of a large hub limits rotation to an outer circumference of the wheel assembly.
Roller assemblies for a holonomic base
Holonomic bases, and drive shafts and roller assemblies that can be used in the holonomic bases. In some implementations, a holonomic base includes at least two pairs of roller assemblies, with each of the pairs being coupled to a corresponding drive shaft. In some of those implementations, each of the roller assemblies of each pair includes three roller segments that are each coupled to the corresponding drive shaft and that each include an exposed outward facing spherical zone that approximates a portion of the surface of a sphere. The roller segments of each roller assembly are in fixed relation to one another relative to the rotational axis of a drive shaft to which the roller assembly is coupled, but the roller segments each freely rotate about a corresponding roller segment rotational axis that extends outward from the drive shaft.
WHEEL ASSEMBLIES REMOVABLE WITHOUT TOOLS
A hub or wheel assembly includes a retaining element, biasing element, and hand-maneuverable release mechanism. The housing includes an axle bore configured to receive an axle and a pin sleeve including a first end in fluid communication with the axle bore, a second end, and a conduit between the first end and the second end. The retaining element is within the conduit and is configured to operatively engage a groove in an axle. The biasing element is within the conduit and is configured to bias the retaining element towards the axle bore. The hand-maneuverable release mechanism is configured to displace the retaining element away from the axle bore.

Axle and bearing for conveyor chain link
The invention relates to an axle and bearing for a conveyor chain link, such as those used in commercial bakery equipment. The conveyor chain link generally includes at least one roller bearing wheel with a central hole, an axle pin, and a link component with a bore. The axle pin is configured to extend through the hole in the roller bearing wheel and the bore in the link component to attach the at least one roller bearing wheel to the link component. The axle pin includes a medial portion having at least one surface engagement feature configured for anti-spin engagement with the link component. The roller bearing wheel includes at least one engagement feature for anti-spin engagement with the distal end of the axle pin.
Reinforced axle joint
An axle and wheel end assembly includes a tubular axle housing with an annular end surface. The axle and wheel end assembly also includes a spindle with an annular end surface welded to the annular end surface of the tubular axle housing at an attachment periphery. The axle and wheel end assembly further includes reinforcing structure fixed to the tubular axle housing and spindle. The reinforcing structure is located to encompass at least a portion of the attachment periphery.
EZ SPEEDY AXLE KIT
An EZ SPEEDY AXLE KIT for increasing the mobility of foldable sawhorse stands while allowing the tires used to be customizable. The invention consists of an axle that connects all of the pieces together. It is mounted with two fasteners that pass through the axle. Two spindles thread into the axle to allow them to be removable. Two objects with threaded apertures lock the spindles in place as well as provide the necessary preload to the bearing races of any tire used. The invention allows for any size spindle and tires to be used as long as the spindle can thread into the axle.
