An annular target body is coupled to the inner member. A first magnetic target track is disposed on the annular target body, and a first sensor is located adjacent to the first magnetic target track and configured to sense angular displacement of the first magnetic target track and to produce a first output signal. A second magnetic target track is disposed on the annular target body, and the second magnetic target track is spaced from the first magnetic target track. A second sensor is located adjacent to the second magnetic target track for sensing angular displacement of the second target track and is configured to produce a second output signal.

Aerodynamic bicycle rim and wheel

Embodiments described herein provide aerodynamic bicycle rims and wheels. Embodiments can include a bicycle rim that is wider than the width of the tire proximate to the outer edge of the rim and is shaped so that there is a tangent line tangent to the rim and the tire. The tangent line can be tangent to the rim on the sidewall or elsewhere on the rim. The widest part of the rim can be radially inward from the outer edge of the rim or elsewhere on the rim and the tangent line can be tangent at the widest part of the rim or elsewhere on the rim.

Wheel assembly

A wheel assembly includes a central hub, an outer rim including a spoke bed wall, and a spoke unit including first and second spokes. Each of the first and second spokes extends between the outer rim and the central hub, and has a first end connected to the spoke bed wall, a second end opposite to the first end and connected to the central hub and a span portion connected between the first and second ends. The first ends of the first and second spokes are respectively formed with first and second spoke bed connection portions where the first and second spokes are respectively connected to the spoke bed wall. With respect to the central hub, the second spoke bed connection portion is radially outboard relative to and circumferentially spaced from the first spoke bed connection portion.

LOW WEIGHT FLANGED INNER RING OF A WHEEL HUB UNIT

A flanged inner ring of a wheel hub unit includes a flange extending transverse to a central axis of symmetry and having a plurality of fixing holes for attaching a wheel. The flanged inner ring also includes a continuous tubular body projecting axially from the flange, the continuous tubular body having a plurality of polygonal recesses. The polygonal recesses reduce weight of the wheel hub unit and improve water drainage from the wheel hub unit.

Aerodynamic bicycle rim and wheel

An aerodynamic bicycle rim comprising: a circumferential outer portion comprising a circumferential outer surface, the circumferential outer portion adapted to seat a bicycle tire; a nose; and a set of sidewalls, each sidewall extending radially from the nose of the aerodynamic bicycle rim to a corresponding transition to the circumferential outer surface to form a rim body having a maximum rim body width that is greater than a maximum width of the bicycle tire. The aerodynamic bicycle rim is operable to seat the bicycle tire so that the aerodynamic bicycle rim and the bicycle tire form an asymmetrical cross-sectional shape.

Caster with a breaking unit

A caster includes a caster unit and at least one braking unit. The caster unit includes a receptacle, a wheel shaft disposed through the receptacle, a wheel assembly sleeved on the wheel shaft and rotatable relative to the receptacle, and a spring assembly which acts on the receptacle and the wheel shaft. The receptacle is movable relative to the wheel assembly in a vertical direction. The braking unit includes a surrounding teeth structure formed on the wheel assembly and having a hardness ranging from 65 to 75 on a Shore D scale, and a braking piece mounted on the receptacle. The braking piece includes a braking surface in form of a curve surface having a hardness ranging from 40 to 46 on the Shore D scale to be engaged with the surrounding teeth structure to retard rotation of the wheel assembly.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ATTACHING A PLATE TO A VEHICLE

A system for attaching a plate to a vehicle is provided. The system includes lug nuts and lug bolts for attaching the plate to a threaded wheel stud. The lug nuts each define a threaded stud recess for engagement with a threaded wheel stud and a threaded bolt recess for engagement with a threaded portion of a lug bolt. The lug bolts each define a head for rotating the threaded portion of the lug bolt into the bolt recess of the lug nut, a shaft positioned between the threaded portion and the head, and a rotatable portion. The rotatable portion defines a center aperture freely rotatable about the shaft and a bolt aperture for accepting a fastener. A lock nut is positioned about each of the lug bolts for locking the lug bolt into position relative to the lug nut.
