Inflation film and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to an inflation film and a method for manufacturing the inflation film, wherein the inflation film includes a base film, including: a polyamide-based resin; a copolymer containing polyamide-based segments and poly-ether-based segments; and an olefin-based polymer compound, and has a small variation in physical properties between a machine direction (MD) and a transverse direction (TD) of the film.
AGEING-RESISTANT RUBBER COMPOSITION AND PROCESSING METHOD THEREFOR AND USE THEREOF
Disclosed are an aging-resistant rubber composition and a processing method therefor and use thereof. The rubber composition includes a rubber matrix and compounding components, and in parts by weight, every 100 parts of said rubber matrix comprise 50-99 parts of a halogenated butyl rubber, 0-50 parts of a highly branched polyethylene P1, and 0-50 parts of P2 obtained by the polarization modification of said highly branched polyethylene P1, and the sum of P1 and P2 in parts by weight is 1-50 parts; and said compounding components comprise a vulcanization system. The rubber composition improves the heat aging resistance of the halogenated butyl rubber, making it more suitable for high temperature environments, and also improves the properties of the halogenated butyl rubber which are related to the halogen content, such as the adhesiveness, oil resistance, flame retardancy and the like, by adjusting the extent of halogenation of the highly branched polyethylene which is employed in combination, thereby overcoming the limitation caused by the halogen content of the halogenated butyl rubber.
Real-time business event analysis and monitoring
Techniques for managing real-time business event analysis and monitoring are provided. In some examples, a logical request may be received at a business intelligence server configured with a continuous query service. Additionally, the continuous query service may be configured to translate the logical request into a physical request. Further, business intelligence information may be provided based at least in part on querying against an event data stream with a continuous query configured based at least in part on the physical request translated by the continuous query service.
Laminate of thermoplastic resin film and rubber, inner liner material, and pneumatic tire
A laminate of a thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic elastomer composition film and a rubber composition layer, which can be used as an inner liner for a pneumatic tire, with improved adhesive strength at the interface of the thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic elastomer composition film and the rubber composition layer. A laminate comprising a thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic elastomer composition film and a rubber composition layer, the rubber composition containing a rubber component, a condensate of a phenol compound and formaldehyde, and methylene donor and a vulcanizing agent, wherein 2.5-40% by mass of the rubber component is halogenated isomonoolefin-p-alkyl styrene copolymer, the content of the condensate is 0.5-20 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component, and the content of the methylene donor is 0.25-200 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.
Vehicle Tire
The invention relates to a pneumatic vehicle tire having an inner liner composed of a sulfur-crosslinked rubber mixture containing 80 to 100 phr (parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of all rubbers in the mixture) of at least one butyl rubber and/or halogenated butyl rubber, at least one filler, 1 to 60 phr of at least one coumarone-indene resin and 1 to 60 phr of at least one aliphatic hydrocarbon resin, wherein the total mass of coumarone-indene resin and aliphatic hydrocarbon resin does not exceed 65 phr.
TIRE RUBBER COMPOSITION AND PNEUMATIC TIRE
Provided are a rubber composition for tires that provides improved silica dispersion and fuel economy while maintaining good hardness, and a pneumatic tire including the rubber composition. The present invention relates to a rubber composition for tires, containing a rubber component, silica, and a silica dispersing agent represented by the following formula (I).

Expandable Thermoplastic Microsphere Doped Tire Innerliner
A cured elastomer comprising: an elastomer at 100 parts per hundred rubber (phr); and an expandable thermoplastic microsphere at about 0.1 to about 10 phr. Such a cured elastomer can be used, optionally with additives, in an air barrier article that is selected from the group consisting of a tire innerliner, a pneumatic tire, a tire curing bladder, an air sleeves, a diaphragm, and a hose. With microspheres the compounded cured elastomer shows a reduction in specific gravity and a reduction in permeability. Both of these properties are highly desirable in tire design and performance.
Isobutylene-Containing Compositions and Articles Made Thereof
An elastomer composition can comprise a C.sub.4 to C.sub.7 isoolefin; a non-halogenated alkylstyrene; a halogenated alkylstyrene; and optionally a diolefin, wherein the C.sub.4 to C.sub.7 isoolefin is not the same as the diolefin. Optionally, the elastomer composition can be blended with a butyl rubber and/or a halobutyl rubber. Such blends that also comprise additives may be suitable for producing tire components such as innerliners.
Pneumatic tire having reinforcing members and air barrier layer
A method of preparing a tire including the steps of: providing a cured tire, the tire including a first bead, a second bead, a carcass layer extending from the first bead to the second bead, and an optional innerliner layer disposed interior to the carcass layer; applying a pair of reinforcing members to the carcass layer or to the optional innerliner layer, if present; and applying an air barrier composition to the pair of reinforcing members, and to a portion of the carcass layer or to a portion of the optional innerliner layer to thereby form an air barrier layer.
THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER COMPOSITION FOR TIRES, AND TIRE
Provided is a thermoplastic elastomer composition which does not undergo viscosity increase during melt molding, gelation and molding failure, while having excellent heat resistance and durability. A thermoplastic elastomer composition for tires, which contains (A) an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer or a modified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, (B) a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer, which has a melting point of 200° C. or higher, and (C) an acid-modified elastomer in an amount of 20% by volume or more based on the amount of all polymer components. This thermoplastic elastomer composition for tires is characterized in that if this thermoplastic elastomer composition for tires is extruded at a piston speed of 5 min/min at a temperature that is higher than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin or thermoplastic elastomer (B) by 20° C. in a viscosity measurement by means of a capillary rheometer, the viscosity η.sub.2 in 800 seconds after the start of the extrusion is less than 120% of the viscosity η.sub.1 in 200 seconds after the start of the extrusion.
