OMNIDIRECTIONAL WHEEL AND MOVABLE DEVICE
20210379928 · 2021-12-09 ·

An omnidirectional wheel includes a hub, a number of wheels, and a number of rubber covers. The hub defines a shaft hole passing through the hub. Each of the wheels is rotationally mounted on the hub and spaced around the shaft hole. Each of the rubber covers is sleeved on a corresponding one of the wheels and includes a three-dimensional pattern. The rubber covers prevent the hub from directly contacting the ground.

Solid Tire Assembly

A solid tire assembly for eliminating flat tires on a vehicle includes a tire that is defined by a plurality of concentric rings. Each of the concentric rings is comprised of a resiliently compressible material to facilitate the tire to perform similar to an inflated tire. Each of the concentric rings is comprised of a plurality of bands. Moreover, intersections between each of the bands of each of the concentric rings are staggered with respect to each of the concentric rings to enhance structural integrity of the tire.

NON-PNEUMATIC TIRE

A non-pneumatic tire includes: an outer annular portion; an inner annular portion; and a plurality of link parts. The plurality of link parts include first and second link parts. The first link parts each extend from one side in a tire width direction of the outer annular portion toward one other side in the tire width direction of the inner annular portion. The second link parts each extend from the other side in the tire width direction of the outer annular portion toward the one side in the tire width direction of the inner annular portion. The plurality of link parts each have a thickness which is smaller in the vicinity of the inner annular portion than in the vicinity of the outer annular portion and a width which is larger in the vicinity of the inner annular portion than in the vicinity of the outer annular portion.

NON-PNEUMATIC TIRE

A non-pneumatic tire includes: an outer annular portion having an outer periphery including a tread provided thereon; an inner annular portion provided inside the outer annular portion; and a plurality of link parts that each connect the outer annular portion and the inner annular portion, and are provided along a tire circumferential direction. The tread includes a cap rubber disposed on an outermost side in a tire radial direction, a first base rubber disposed more inwards in the tire radial direction than the cap rubber, and a second base rubber disposed more inwards in the tire radial direction than the first base rubber. When a rubber hardness of the first base rubber is defined as Gb1 and a rubber hardness of the second base rubber is defined as Gb2, Gb1<Gb2 is satisfied.

Non-pneumatic tire, car wheel device, tire member, and securing fastener

A tire member of a non-pneumatic tire is provided. An inner circumference of the tire member is provided with a mounting protrusion. Securing notches for securing the tire member to a rim are provided at two sides of where the mounting protrusion joins the tire member. A position fixing groove is provided at an inner circumference of the mounting protrusion. The position fixing groove has an annular structure; alternatively, the position fixing groove has an arc structure, and a plurality of the position fixing grooves having the arc structure are uniformly distributed at the inner circumference of the mounting protrusion in a circumferential direction. Two side walls of the position fixing groove are provided with several securing holes below the securing notches, respectively. The securing holes pass through the side walls of the position fixing groove, and partially coincide with securing notches at an outer side.

NON-PNEUMATIC TIRE

A non-pneumatic tire and wheel assembly including a wheel having a first and second bead ring, a non-pneumatic tire having a shear band and tread forming a tread band, and a first and second sidewall region; wherein the first and second sidewall regions each extend from the tread band and terminate into a first and second respective bead area, wherein the first and second bead area are each mounted on the first and second bead ring, respectively; wherein each bead area is located axially outward of the crown region of the non-pneumatic tire when mounted on the wheel, and wherein the first and second sidewall each have an upper sidewall region that is uncoupled from the outer lateral ends of the tread band.

NON-PNEUMATIC TIRE

A non-pneumatic tire and rim assembly having a wheel having a first and second bead ring, wherein the non-pneumatic tire has a crown region and a first and second sidewall region; wherein the first and second sidewall regions each extend from the crown and terminate into a first and second respective bead area, wherein the first and second bead area are each mounted on the first and second bead ring, respectively; wherein each bead area is located axially outward of the crown region of the non-pneumatic tire when mounted on the wheel, and wherein the non-pneumatic tire further includes a reinforcement ply which extends from the first bead area to the second bead area.

SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING A SUPPORT STRUCTURE

A system cures and manufactures a partially-cured tire assembly. The system includes an annular hub member slid into a corresponding annular, radially inner surface, a plurality of elongate spacer members for maintaining corresponding uniform cavity dimensions by fastening the spacer members to the hub member with flap members thereby enclosing a radially outermost surface of each of the spacer members, a first annular curing platen for axially securing the hub member and spacer members relative to each other, a second annular curing platen for axially securing the hub member and spacer members relative to each other; and a plurality of elongate inserts.
