In a pneumatic tire, a carcass layer is between bead portions, a bead core is in each bead portion, a reinforcement layer is on an outer side of the carcass layer, and a tread rubber layer is on the outer side of the reinforcement layer. A pair of first boundary lines passes through an intersection of an extension of a side arc forming a tread profile and an extension of a shoulder arc and orthogonal to a tire inner surface, a pair of second boundary lines passes through a rim check line and orthogonal to the tire inner surface, first to third regions are defined which have cross sectional areas of SA, SB, and SC, respectively, and the first to third regions respectively have lengths of a, b, and c along the tire inner surface such that 7.5≤SA/a≤11.5 and 2.0≤SB/b≤6.0 are satisfied.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
Provided is a pneumatic tire. A belt cover layer made of an organic fiber cord spirally wound along the tire circumferential direction is provided on the outer circumferential side of a belt layer in a tread portion, and a polyethylene terephthalate fiber cord of which the elastic modulus under a load of 2.0 cN/dtex at 100° C. is in the range of 3.5 cN/(tex.Math.%) to 5.5 cN/(tex.Math.%) is used as the organic fiber cord. The coating rubber covering the organic fiber cord contains one or more of natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, or butadiene rubber as a rubber component. The coating rubber is formed of a rubber composition in which the content of natural rubber in the rubber component is 50 mass % or more, and 5.0 parts by mass to 9.0 parts by mass of zinc oxide is blended per 100 parts by mass of the rubber component.
CORD FABRIC FOR TIRE REINFORCEMENT
A tire reinforcement fabric is woven with predipped and heat-set single cords as warp bound together with weft materials, and a pneumatic tire includes a tire reinforcement fabric. The tire reinforcement fabric is obtained by weaving individually dipped cords as warp material and a plurality of any kind of weft materials.
TYRE FOR VEHICLE WHEELS
A tyre for vehicle wheels comprises a carcass structure including at least one carcass ply having a plurality of hybrid reinforcing cords (10). Each hybrid reinforcing cord (10) comprises at least two strands (20a, 20b) twisted together with a predetermined twisting pitch (P). Each of said at least two strands (20a, 20b) comprises at least one monofilament textile wire made of polyester fibres and at least one multifilament textile yarn (22a, 22b) comprising a plurality of textile filaments (23a, 23b) made of aramid and/or polyester and/or rayon fibres. In any cross section of the hybrid reinforcing cord (10), said at least one monofilament textile wire is at least partially embedded in the filaments (23a, 23b) of said at least one multifilament textile yarn (22a, 22b).
TYRE FOR VEHICLE WHEELS
A tyre for vehicle wheels comprises a support structure and a tread band arranged in a radially outer position with respect to the support structure. The support structure comprises a plurality of hybrid reinforcing cords (10). Each of the hybrid reinforcing cords (10) has at least two strands (20) twisted together with a predetermined twisting pitch. Each of said at least two strands (20) comprises at least one monofilament textile wire (21) and at least one multifilament textile yarn (22) comprising a plurality of textile filaments (22a). In any cross section of the hybrid reinforcing cord (10), said at least one monofilament textile wire (21) is at least partially embedded in the filaments (22a) of said at least one multifilament textile yarn (22).
Textile coat rubber composition for a tire and a tire comprising a textile coat rubber composition
