A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A BULLETPROOF AND EXPLOSIONPROOF TUBELESS TIRE
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a bulletproof and explosion-proof tubeless tire, first, the innerliner is attached to the carcass cord ply to make the carcass innerliner, and then the steel wire braided layers and the intermediate rubber layers are laminated to each other to make an explosion-proof layer, using a first stage building machine to complete the first stage forming of the carcass innerliner, explosion-proof layer and belt to obtain a semi-finished embryo, and then using a second stage building machine, the semi-finished embryo and the tread slab base are formed in the second stage to obtain the embryo, which is baked and stored for 8˜96h and then vulcanised to obtain a bulletproof and explosion-proof tire; through the second stage forming process, the invention solves the problem that the explosion-proof layer is difficult to form due to the excessively hard metal material when making the embryo.
PNEUMATIC VEHICLE TYRE COMPRISING A CARCASS
Pneumatic vehicle tyre comprising a carcass (3), wherein the carcass (3) has two carcass plies (31, 32), wherein each carcass ply (31, 32) has reinforcements which are arranged inside the carcass ply (31, 32) substantially parallel to each other. The problem addressed by the invention is to provide a pneumatic vehicle tyre which likewise creates a high quality impression of sufficient robustness to a viewer and, in the process, is cheaper to produce and has a reduced rolling resistance. The invention is characterised in that the product EF1 of the average modulus of elasticity of the reinforcements, as measured with an extension of 2%, of the first carcass ply (31) and the thread density of the reinforcements of the first carcass ply (31), and the product EF2 of the average modulus of elasticity of the reinforcements of the second carcass ply (32) and the thread density of reinforcements of the second carcass ply (32), satisfy the relationship EF1>EF2.
LIGHTWEIGHT TIRE
A tire has an axis of rotation. The tire includes two inextensible annular bead structures for attachment to a vehicle rim, a carcass-like structure having at least one reinforced ply, the carcass-like structure being wound about the two bead structures, a tread disposed radially outward of the carcass-like structure, and a shear band structure disposed radially between the carcass-like structure and the tread. The two bead structures include at least one layer of a three dimensional fabric including a tear drop frame structure and open cells defined by the tear drop frame structure.

Bead of a tire for a heavy vehicle of the construction plant type
Improving endurance of bead of radial tire for heavy vehicle. Tire has two beads (2) contacting rim (3) connected by carcass reinforcement (4) having carcass layer (5), with main part (6) wrapped, in each bead (2), axially from inside towards outside of the tire, around bead wire (7) having diameter (L), to form turnup (8) having free end (E). Each bead (2) has filling element (9) with filling compound (10) and extending radially towards outside from bead wire (7) and axially between turnup (8) and main part (6). The distance (I) between turnup (8) and main part (6) decreases continuously from bead wire (7) as far as a first minimum distance (a) reached at a first point (A) of turnup (8), then increases continuously from the first point (A) of turnup (8) as far as a first maximum distance (b) reached at a second point (B) of turnup (8).
Pneumatic tire
To provide a pneumatic tire 34 in which weight reduction is achieved without deteriorating internal pressure maintaining performance. The tire 34 includes a liner 46 located inward of a carcass 42. The liner 46 includes a first inner liner 66 extending on and between one of beads and the other of the beads and along and inward of the carcass 42; and a pair of second inner liners 68 extending from ends 62a of a belt 44, respectively, along the first inner liner 66 substantially inward in a radial direction. The second inner liners 68 are located between the first inner liner 66 and the carcass 42. The first inner liner 66 is formed by a first rubber composition being crosslinked. A base rubber of the first rubber composition includes a butyl rubber. Each second inner liner 68 is formed by a second rubber composition being crosslinked. A base rubber of the second rubber composition includes a diene rubber.
