PNEUMATIC TIRE
A pneumatic tire comprises: a tread portion; a pair of sidewall portions; a pair of bead portions each with a bead core embedded therein; a toroidal carcass extending between the bead portions; and a sidewall rubber disposed axially outside the carcass in each of the sidewall portions. The bead portion has a bead bottom surface which contacts with a bead seat of a wheel rim when the tire is mounted thereon. The bead bottom surface comprises an axially inner region including a bead toe and an axially outer region including a bead heel. The axially inner region is formed by a canvas chafer. The axially outer region is formed by the sidewall rubber extended radially inwardly from the sidewall portion.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
A pneumatic tire comprises: a tread portion; a pair of sidewall portions; a pair of bead portions each with a bead core embedded therein; a toroidal carcass extending between the bead portions; and a sidewall rubber disposed axially outside the carcass in each of the sidewall portions. The bead portion has a bead bottom surface which contacts with a bead seat of a wheel rim when the tire is mounted thereon. The bead bottom surface comprises an axially inner region including a bead toe and an axially outer region including a bead heel. The axially inner region is formed by a canvas chafer. The axially outer region is formed by the sidewall rubber extended radially inwardly from the sidewall portion.
PNEUMATIC TIRE FOR PASSENGER VEHICLE
The pneumatic tire for passenger vehicle includes on a tread portion a main belt formed of at least two inclined belt layers formed of a rubberized layer of cords extending in a manner inclined with respect to a tire circumferential direction, and a reinforcing belt formed of at least one circumferential belt layer formed of a rubberized layer of cords extending along the tire circumferential direction, the reinforcing belt arranged on a tire radial outer side of the main belt, the main belt and the reinforcing belt arranged spanning from a tire equatorial plain of the tread portion to shoulder portion sides, wherein a thickness between the cords of two of the inclined belt layers adjacent to each other is larger in the shoulder portions than in a central portion of the tread portion.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
A rim protector 40 of a tire 2 projects from a reference surface 44 of each side piece 38. The rim protector 40 has a first inclined surface 50 and a second inclined surface 52. A profile of the reference surface 44 includes an outer circular arc and an inner circular arc which are tangent to each other at a reference position. A first circular arc of the first inclined surface 50 is tangent to the outer circular arc, and a second circular arc of the second inclined surface 52 is tangent to the inner circular arc. A ratio of a height H relative to a cross-sectional height SH is equal to or greater than 0.27 and equal to or less than 0.34. A projecting length W is equal to or greater than 12 mm and equal to or less than 18 mm.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
A rim protector 40 of a tire 2 projects from a reference surface 44 of each side piece 38. The rim protector 40 has a first inclined surface 50 and a second inclined surface 52. A profile of the reference surface 44 includes an outer circular arc and an inner circular arc which are tangent to each other at a reference position. A first circular arc of the first inclined surface 50 is tangent to the outer circular arc, and a second circular arc of the second inclined surface 52 is tangent to the inner circular arc. A ratio of a height H relative to a cross-sectional height SH is equal to or greater than 0.27 and equal to or less than 0.34. A projecting length W is equal to or greater than 12 mm and equal to or less than 18 mm.

In a pneumatic tire, a carcass layer is between bead portions, a bead core is in each bead portion, a reinforcement layer is on an outer side of the carcass layer, and a tread rubber layer is on the outer side of the reinforcement layer. A pair of first boundary lines passes through an intersection of an extension of a side arc forming a tread profile and an extension of a shoulder arc and orthogonal to a tire inner surface, a pair of second boundary lines passes through a rim check line and orthogonal to the tire inner surface, first to third regions are defined which have cross sectional areas of SA, SB, and SC, respectively, and the first to third regions respectively have lengths of a, b, and c along the tire inner surface such that 7.5≤SA/a≤11.5 and 2.0≤SB/b≤6.0 are satisfied.

A: Content (wt %) of amine type antioxidant in bead reinforcing layer.
B: Content (wt %) of amine type antioxidant in the adjacent member.

A: Content (wt %) of amine type antioxidant in bead reinforcing layer.
B: Content (wt %) of amine type antioxidant in the adjacent member.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
In a tire 2 of the present invention, sidewalls 6 each include an outer layer 6a, and an inner layer 6b disposed inward of the outer layer 6a in the axial direction. The inner side end, in the radial direction, of the inner layer 6a extends to a region between a bead 10 and a chafer 8. When Po represents a contact point, on an outer surface of the tire 2, at which the outer layer 6a and the chafer 8 contact with each other, an inner side end, in the radial direction, of the outer layer 6a is equal to the contact point Po. In the radial direction, an outer side end 44 of the chafer 8 is disposed outward of the contact point Po. In the radial direction, an inner side end 46 of the inner layer 6b is disposed inward of the contact point Po.

In a tire 2 of the present invention, sidewalls 6 each include an outer layer 6a, and an inner layer 6b disposed inward of the outer layer 6a in the axial direction. The inner side end, in the radial direction, of the inner layer 6a extends to a region between a bead 10 and a chafer 8. When Po represents a contact point, on an outer surface of the tire 2, at which the outer layer 6a and the chafer 8 contact with each other, an inner side end, in the radial direction, of the outer layer 6a is equal to the contact point Po. In the radial direction, an outer side end 44 of the chafer 8 is disposed outward of the contact point Po. In the radial direction, an inner side end 46 of the inner layer 6b is disposed inward of the contact point Po.
